I need to try more menu items but wasn’t very impressed by my initial experience. Would much rather go to a local bagel shop, especially in this geographic since bagels are still okay (due to the NJ Bagelian sprawl).
Now I’m not saying go to Yardley Bagel, that place is pretty awful. But still consider your options. Now that I think of it, Bagel train has that despicable bagel-cutting fee. Maybe we’re too late. Maybe bagels weren’t meant for this area. SOS

Stopped by because I signed up for their app and they sent me a coupon for a free bagel and smear with any purchase if I used the mobile app.
The app was easy to use. There are a lot of flavor options. Some are an extra fee including the one I opted for, the hash brown bagel. I ordered it toasted with plain cream cheese and a bottle of Diet Coke. They do not have fountain soda, which is something I love.
The first thing I noticed was the bagel was cut how I liked it. It was nicely toasted and the cream cheese smear was heavy handed and delicious. The hash brown topping was good but it wasn’t through out the bagel. Made me wish I had tried the French toast option. The size of the bagel was large and it was very filling .
The prices here are on the higher side but I noticed I have some great deals in app including a birthday offer for a free egg sandwich with any purchase. Another visit to give this a try is in my near future!

The overall experience was disappointing. The person handling the payment was not pleasant and came across as rude.
When placing my order, I specifically requested oat milk in my chai latte. I was not informed that oat milk was unavailable and was instead served an almond milk chai latte without being asked. On top of that, I was charged extra for the almond milk, which I did not request. I am not allergic to almond milk, but I prefer not to drink it. If oat milk was unavailable, I would have chosen regular milk, but I was never given that option.
Additionally, I asked for some hot water. Another staff member was assisting us, but the person handling payments abruptly interrupted and stated that they could not provide it, even though we were simply getting warm water from the coffee machine as directed by the other server.
Overall, the lack of communication and the way the situation was handled left me dissatisfied with the service.

I grew up in New York City so I know a good bagel and . . . Einstein nails it. Their bagels are a little hard on the outside and chewy on the inside.
I tried something new — an Ancient Grains Bagel — that was just right. Topped with a smear of cream cheese and I was a happy man. The coffee is good, too, and refills are on the house. I will be back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Drove 25 min from NJ specifically for a jalapeño bagel with jalapeño shmear. Walked in the door at 1:59 and was greeted by a rude female employee who scowled at me and said “we’re closed hon”. First of all, it’s disrespectful to address as “hon”. Secondly, it was 1:59. Seriously???
Haven’t been to Einsteins in years. Their venomous battle-ax employee and her rude demeanor has ensured I will never go back.

I love Einstein. They are my favorite bagels. My father in law got me hooked 20 years ago. The spinach florentine is the best ever. Their rewards program is second to none. If you’re not using it, you’re missing out on so many great deals. I’ve been going there for so long, my old land line phone number is my registered rewards number. So many members there know me by first name. They always make me feel welcome and they take care of me. I visit usually twice a week. The vanilla hazelnut coffee is my favorite of all time. From free coffee on the app, to bakers dozen deals on Mondays, to free sandwiches on your birthday, it’s rare I get something without some rewards deal. They helped me get through the pandemic, when they remained open. One recommendation: please cut those bagels in half. There’s no way to select that on the app. I highly recommend Einstein bagels.

Our family regularly visits Einstein bagels in Yardley for their delicious bagel sandwiches. Not only is the food top notch but so is the service! Kim H. is there most of the time we visit & she always greets us with a smile! Kim also asks how our children & grandchildren are doing because we have brought them in with us several times! 5 stars for us!

Went in on Veterans Day. I served for 20 years. Had read online I was able to get a free cup of coffee. When I checked out the manager told me I couldn’t get the free cup because I didn’t check out online. Ordered a bagel sandwich with extra egg white and an everything bagel. Received an artisan cheese bagel. Went back to ask for the everything bagel and received it but with only one egg white. I want to say I paid $16-17 for my son and I to eat there…I never wound up buying a coffee. I was upset. You would think a cup of coffee for free is no big deal and in reality it’s not but when you advertise it and then tell vets it’s not available to them…it really can ruin a day. Please do better.

This is my go to place for weekly bagels. With the Schmear Society, it is affordable and I love the bagel flavors! Most of the employees are very kind and helpful–especially Kim who has worked in the store for 25 years. I hope that she is being recognized for her loyalty and hard work.
