Ordered food from here told them before I ordered it was going to be a large order. Was told It would be a half hour wait multiple times before my order was taken. Told them I was completely fine with that. Waited 40 to 45 minutes for the food. Wich would not be a problem if the food was good. Got home the chicken was smash and a solid mass in the bucket. Couldn’t pull it out. We had to get a tray flip the bucket upside down and beat on it to get the chicken out. Got the chicken broke apart. The breading wasn’t attached to it hardly at all. And grease pouring off it. The bucket had a grease pulled in the bottom of it also. We tried drying the chicken off and putting it in the oven to dry it out some also. Didn’t help. The chicken was not edible. Called to complain and ask for a refund. The female manager told me If I drove the 30 minutes back and showed them the chicken they would then remake that for me. So I could wait again and drive back home while my sides set for almost 2 hrs. I asked for the corporate number to call and complain. Was told it should be on your receipt you can find it your self. Found the number and called they said they will call me back or email me back to take care of it. So we will see. I will never go back to this store they are always rude.

Ordered a number 3 which is a 4 piece dinner and they gave some of the worst quality of chicken. They give the smallest possible options, a few other times they haven’t even got the meal correct it is very sad when you work hard for your money and then don’t get a good amount of food make it make sense ,,,

This is by far the worst KFC ever & unfortunately its the closest one to my house. They never have chicken. It does not matter if you order it inside, in the drive thru or online. They will still make you wait before greeting you. Then they will say they are out of chicken. Tonight the employee told me it would be a 20 min wait on a famous bowl bc they are out of chicken. I started to pull away and he said oh it will be 6 min. I pull up to the window to pay and he has me pull into a parking spot. Its been 15 min and im still waiting. I do not recommend this KFC to anyone.

SO WHEN THE ORDER CAME THROUGH THE COMPUTER SYSTEM, IT NEVER SHOWED THAT. I WAS TO GET A FREE BUCKET OF CHICKEN PLUS IT NEVER SHOWED MY SPECIAL REQUEST OF ALL BREAST AND THIGHS . I SPOKE WITH THE GENERAL MANAGER TERRY, AND SHE INFORMS ME THAT ALL ONLINE ORDERS.IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IN STORE ORDERS. AND TOTALLY REFUSED TO MAKE ANYTHING RIGHT AT ALL. SHE SAID, WHATEVER THAT RECEIPT SHOWS THAT’S EXACTLY WHAT SHE HAS TO PUT IN THE BUCKET, KFC is KFC. AND IF AN ADDITIONAL TWO PIECES OF BREAST AND TWO PIECES OF THIGHS WOULS SCRRW UP HER INVENTORY. So my sister bought a second 8 piece , we get home to eat and both buckets had so much disgusting grease ĺn the bottom our chicken was saturated and dripping with grease. SOOO I had to call the online customer service team and uh, let’s see what transactions takes place to get this taken care of. But yet they have not called me back yet.

Just went today on my lunch. I ordered a 6 piece spicy wing combo with apple pie bites. Wings were okay not fresh or hot, my fries were old seem like they just kept them warm and the apple pie bites were cold no warmers to them at all. I will not be spending my money here again!

I regret eating here. They also have a no refunds sign, which makes sense as their service is so poor it must of become a “problem”. Their dining room also seems perma-closed.

It took awhile for them to update the place. I like the improvement. But, I will miss the buffet. But, they still dropped the ball on a few things. KFC has always been a place were you use your fingers to eat with. So it makes sense to wash your hands when you get there. This is where it went down hill. The restroom needs a major clean. and this was a Sunday around 2:30pm. So it shouldn’t have been this bad. and the tile grout in the dinning room doesn’t look like it’s ever been cleaned . ok I’ll stop . just let the pictures speak for themselves .

This place is a joke paid nearly paid nearly 60 dollars for food on the app went to pick when it said it was ready. And had to wait almost 20 minutes. Then they came and handed me the food and I left got home it was only old chicken tenders
