For some reason there is never sufficient staff to take care of the volume of traffic that comes to this location. On a more positive note, the home bbq wings were off the hook.
I went past the drive through in favor of eating in. Wrong move. With only one cashier to handle both dine in customers and drive through the wait was excessive. Yet, in the end, I had one incredible feast.

Scamming in the store!! They Never have chicken. Staff is rude and unorganized. Tonight after placing an online order i was told they didnt have my order. Then they said they could give me original. I told them I ordered crispy and that the notification said it was ready at 704pm. I was told that it was irrelevant that my order ready because they had 6 orders ahead of mine. They kept trying to push original chicken on me but I ordered crispy. I told them I would wait. The dreaded guy seemed pissed. I waited 30 more minutes, went back in the store and was told they were just dropping crispy. I ask for a refund and they refused my request. The chicken that fries chicken said well since you ordered through the app you will have to get your refund from the app. I went to the car called the KFC line told them what happened who then transfered me to another number who never picked up. After 22min I hung up. I want my money back. I want the store under new management and a brand new staff. All of them looked high and unorganized. 1hr and 22 min, no food, and no refund.

I ordered 3 Festive pot pies. They must of been real busy because nobody put shredded chicken in with the filling. The vegetarian pot pie is not what I had in mind. The Michigan RD location is much better! More staff and better service

Trash!! Chicken pink, ordered mashed potatoes got Mac and cheese. Ordered 6 hot wings got 3 and 2 regular wings. Never again will I waste my money at this location. Tried calling to get my money back and no one answered the phone at 6pm on a Saturday.

This is ridiculous! I just ask the guy if he had any fresh chicken ? The answer was no at 3:46 pm the food was completely trash . Never again I want my money back this is a shame . Why is the original chicken gummy, hard, chewy ? that’s suppose to be the most moist chicken . The gravy was a drip of gravy, I wanted one coleslaw , mash , I got stuck with two thick mash , no gravy , two stone biscuits. Wow I’m floored .

I was told there was no pot pies, so I along with the other people in the car ordered other items..There was no pot pies, no honey mustard, order was wrong, no receipt to get and to top it off found a hair in my chicken..Customer service was not the greatest either, so I will not be returning to this location..

Service is seriously lacking. My wedges were luke warm, i watched them sit on the counter for a few minutes. What i originally ordered wasn’t available. Still did not quite get what I ordered either. I asked for sauce on my wings. Also received no flats at all! Today was Wednesday and no country fried steak, lol. Felt like a bother to be ordering, felt unwelcome, as if my ordering from her was too tasking.

Visited store today around 7:20pm asked to oder the Tuesday 8-piece special and was told they only had all white meat and was not going to cook anymore chicken. Why not? Store wasn’t closing until 10pm. A very pissed off customer. Should have went to Churches instead of KFC.
