Online ordering was a 30 minute wait. Thats fine, it was a 15 minute drive anyways. Arrived and the lobby had 1 customer. A couple cars were in the drive thru. Didnt seem too busy but they still couldn’t get the order correct apparently.
Had to go back in for the sauces, food was cold and the apple pie poppers were missing too. Didn’t notice till I got home as far the poppers went and couldn’t find a way to contact support for a refund. Will continue the search tomorrow.

We pick up to go from here a lot. Like, almost every week, once or twice. The service here is kinda hit and miss. Sometimes we get really nice and friendly staff, sometimes we get staff who doesn’t seem to want to be there. Overall, the food is excellent, and I guess that’s what matters.

This is the worst KFC store I’ve ever been to. They are consistently are missing items from your order, drinks, sauces, maybe even not the correct # of chicken pieces? or make the food wrong (even though you order a regular menu item no special instructions) it may be missing ingredients. If you order sauces, better double check your bag before leaving because 4 out of 4 times I have been here the sauces are missing.

Went into KFC today and the drive thru worker was rude getting smart after I asked for fresh chicken then I drove out and once I passed the drive thru window he wanted to smile and laugh like how he acted was okay. I go inside and I ask for a manager and he says to me he is the manager and there’s no one above him, I didn’t get his name but he was Caucasian heavy set man. He acted like a pure child instead of his over grown adult age.

The employees work hard, but to have only 2 of them handling the entire inside restaurant and drive-thru is not right for them or the customers. I waited roughly 12-15 minutes for a sandwich and biscuit.

I just had one of the worst meals anywhere. The fries were less than half full and my livers were scorched. They were so charred the were inedible. I would have taken them back except it was clear across town. I will not be returning.

The service was great! Very busy, but the staff was handling it well. Surprisingly quick service given the fact it was the day before a major holiday. Not to mention the drive through line was long and inside was busy as well.
