They never have chicken.
How is a place going to have chicken in the name and always never have chicken.
They also don’t accept coupons from kfc and said they don’t have to accept them since they aren’t owned by KFC.
Also the $5 2 piece meal is $10 only at this kfc. But the one down the road in Jackson has them and takes coupons.

don’t waste your money dry tenders had to walk back in 3 times to get all the food we ordered nothing remotely fresh or warm they need better management

I called and asked the workers if they could make fresh chicken for me and my husband they were very nice and assured me that they would make our meals fresh and when I got there to pick it up, it was ready and they were very nice price is a little high, but Our chicken was very good.

Chicken sandwich and nuggets were dried out like they had been sitting a long time. Fries were hard like they were also sitting a while. I was. The only customer when I pulled in and it was before 8 pm. So dissatisfied with The food- I fed it to my dogs.Not happy with the food at all. Girl at the drive thru was nice and polite though.

This particular visit I didn’t eat here but it smells good but when I come through town and I have to use the restroom and bathroom has always been clean and they don’t give you any grief about using the bathroom and not buying anything I don’t like not buying but sometimes you’re just in a hurry and I appreciate that along with other transportation drivers

Just ordered the new country fried steak meal with mashed potato side. NOT good. White gravy on the meat and brown gravy on the potatoes. Biscut was in plastic sealed container that made it soggy only after a 3 min drive home! Now lets talk size of the meal. It was barely enough to feed a small child let alone an adult. NOT worth the price for what you get. Def not competative with other food options elsewhere. Oh, and if your still interested in this crap, they only will be having it on Teusdays.

Never open inside, never have anything prepared, and won’t offer to cook if it 1 hour before close. Went two days in a row and u never know if your going to get real chicken strips or just dried up pieces that are nothing but crunch. They should just serve from the good chicken they order and might get ice in your fountain pop if your lucky. Has Went way down heel. Have to choose dine out because they aren’t open inside half the time.

I went in with my granddaughter for lunch today. I was surprised with the remodel that was done. It looks beautiful and very inviting. The service was great and they even thanked me, usually you never get a thank you from there. The food was good. I went up for extra gravy and then again for a box. They were up there right away to get what I needed. Usually you just stand up there and wait before anyone takes care of you. I will definitely go back with the service being so much better. Thank you kfc for your improvements on service.
