This was our first visit to Frankie g’s, definitely an old school place the dining room is very cold because it was right by the door that opens from the outside. We had to be moved but it was still cold where we were at. French onion soup which I did not get a picture of was outstanding! I would go back just for that. I had a sausage link and some meatballs because I’m on a particular diet do meatballs work good the sausage was average but not bad at all. The staff was very pleasant and kind and checked in on us even those who didn’t take care of us definitely go back maybe wait till it warms up just a little bit but definitely go back.

Frankie G’s felt like coming over to a grandparent’s house for a home-cooked meal. The atmosphere was super friendly, and you immediately felt like part of the family. It was perfect for our kids—very easygoing. Our pasta dishes were great; the sauce was sweet and delicious. The lasagna was my favorite, with perfectly melted cheese and hearty contents. It was super affordable, too. We will definitely come back for more!

Our waitress was awful. Asked for what types of beer they had and one she said was blueberry. I asked if it was EBC, yes she said. It was definitely not EBC. My brothers soup came, but my salad did not. Waitress came around and said your food will be right out. I asked where my salad was…I was told it’s coming. It came with the wrong dressing. Food was just so so. She never brought our waters. When we reminded her, she came with 1. We were never asked how our food was and had to flag her down for the check and they weren’t that busy. I didn’t like the atmosphere in there at all.

Was there tonight for dinner with friends that have never been before. Everyone’s food was very good 3 fish fries and one shrimp dinner was ordered. It was very busy but the hostess was polite and sat us right away. The wait staff was running around but our drinks were kept filled and our food came out hot and within a reasonable amount of time for how busy they were. Even the owner stopped by our table to check on us. I highly recommend you try Frankie G’s for your next fish fry!

Incredible food and service! The best tomato sauce I’ve had in a restaurant! The eggplant rollatini and the lasagna – yes and yes! French onion soup-yes! Their wings (in Buffalo had to try) perfect! Best I’ve had in Buffalo honestly. Can’t wait for my second trip! Wonder if I can buy a Togo of the tomato sauce? Not a fancy place lil drafty but well worth the trip!!

Really enjoyed our visit — the food was excellent and the kitchen staff is doing a great job. We would absolutely go back.
A few small things could make the experience even better: parking could use a larger paved area, the back entrance was a bit confusing ,and the bar seemed a little short staffed during busy times.

The 2-4-1 happy hour is a great late lunch for those coming here.
The cold brew old fashioned wasn’t something I’d love, it’s fantastic. Lasagna was fantastic. The pastabilities were great. Very good buffalo shrimp.
Entrees come with soup – buffalo chicken wing was fantastic.
They give fresh bread and homade basil pesto oil. (Great)

This recent visit I had a the Frankie which was excellent. I haven’t had a bad meal yet! Their fish fry is huge and delicious with homemade sides! The French Onion soup is great as well. Definitely recommend!!

Frankie G’s is the best, the food is so good here! I especially love their red sauce. The bar service is terrific, and they have fun seasonal drinks. Every server is so fun and friendly, even the owner seems like a family member.

Lived in West Seneca for 3 years now and my biggest regret is not trying Frankie G’s sooner. I was prepared to give 5 stars before the pasta even came out. Miller Lite on tap? Let’s go. Garlic Knots? Fire. French onion soup? Best I’ve had in years. Then the lasagna landed in front of me and I wished that a 6th star was possible. Staff and service is great, everything about this place is great. Come here, you won’t regret it.
