Absurdly slow and inattentive service. Waited 30+ minutes for a pickup order and watched numerous customers walk out because they weren’t even greeted at the counter – let alone had their order taken. I finally asked the employee closest to the counter if my mobile order was almost ready. She turned her back and said “I don’t know ‘ she said nothing else and didn’t check. Left without my order and went elsewhere. Possibly the worst managed restaurant in town.

Ordered $20 8 piece dark meat bucket meal and didn’t realize that they give you individual tiny sides, called when I got home and seen the tiny sides, they said they would fix the order for me, yeah charge me again for the large sides that I thought I was supposed to get!!! If I would have done that my chicken would have been cold by the time I got home so I told them I didn’t want it and they even hassle me again telling me I had to have the card in order to get my refund, so I went back to get my card and came back to the store and had to wait on a line of people before I could get the money back on my card again. They were not very friendly at all during the whole experience. That was my worst experience at KFC.

The worst chicken I’ve had, .. ever. Very sad since I was told they had to cook the legs fresh, lol. Naw. Chicken was cooked WAY to long and was over a tablespoon of grease. All I ever wanted was crispy chicken!!

Spider crawling across the counter while we ordered. Cashier keeps wiping his nose with his hand and coughing into it. Then was eating food from the food line bare handing it. Another worker was bare handing food into his mouth from the line that our food was coming from. Disgusting. Will not be back.

Every time I step into this fine establishment, I’m greeted with an enthusiasm that rivals a halftime show. The second I cross the threshold, I hear it—
“RICK, HOW IS IT GOING MAN!!”
I feel like the most significant person in the world with that. Rob may have received some sort of motivational training from KFC, but I have no doubt that he would win a presidential election on the strength of his hype alone.
It’s time to discuss the chicken. The food is crunchy. It’s brilliant. It’s equivalent to a heartfelt letter to my palate. I think I hear angels singing in the background when that first bite occurs, or maybe Rob is just enticing a new guest.
Mashed potatoes? As smooth as a lullaby. The biscuits? More fluffy than a cloud napping. The 11 spices and herbs that are hidden? Rob is much too strong to divulge that kind of information to us simple mortals, and I’m 90% certain he knows what they are.
To be honest, KFC should put Rob’s face on every bucket of chicken if they ever decide to make a mascot that is superior to Colonel Sanders. The secret recipe lies in the man.
I will return soon. And I’m certain I’ll hear

Normally no problem with their food then the last order we did the chicken tasted like chemicals. Threw a bucket of chicken away because KFC doesn’t answer the phone.
