Every single employee was outside smoking weed. The floors of the restaurant look like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages and the soda machine was filthy. Got a 3 pc via mobile order app and it was supposed to be all dark meat for my daughter and they couldn’t even get that right. Ended up with 2 breasts and a wing. I wonder how they pass their health inspections.

I went thru drive thru and got a 12 piece meal mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese as sides. The potatoes were the only edible part of the order. The chicken was dry and over cooked. The Mac and cheese was burnt and looked to be cooked days ago. Didn’t get any biscuits at all. Worst chicken place around we won’t be back again. They should close the doors so someone can open a real chicken place there.

My first order was wrong. Had to go into the store to correct my order. And once I got home and looked at the chicken, it was breaded wrong. It was greasy soggy and to top it off. They had no biscuits in the store. Make sure you check your order before you walk walk out or leave the parking lot.You cannot trust these employees. The store had four employees, three were at the back.Door one was running the front.

Since I can’t get a single soul to answer the phone, I got two half gallons of sweet tea, they both smell rotten, and taste even worse. The chicken was very salty and soggy. The gravy was disgusting and old. I do not recommend this KFC chain. Horrible customer service, doesn’t answer calls.

I went to this KFC on 01/17/25 around 5:00 pm it was really good. Good job to person made that fried chicken. They definitely deserve a raise.
But went there again today 01/19/25 around 2:00 PM it was really bad.
I felt like they gave me “leftover” from “yesterday” i can tell u that it was deepfried again at least “TWO TIMES”(Cuz it’s super oily i can still feel the oil stucking in my throat, now im coughing thanks to that).
They really need someone to inspect.
Elderly lady working at the drive thru door was really nice tho.
P.S “i been to KFC in many other States even thought some of them are bad, this one is the worst (at least never gotten cough after eating). I am not a picky person or something this one is just really bad. This photo was taken after i used napkins to deal with the oil.”

This is the worst KFC ever how is the store empty and you still mess up the only order on the screen. They have way put bbq sauce on sandwich and tenders and then didn’t put the biscuit with the order and had the nerve to have me pull around and wait. So I waited to have my order done wrong that’s crazy work

There was 3 guys in there at the time I got my food and all three guys were really nice. When I arrived I asked for grilled chicken, but the guy who took my order said they haven’t had grilled chicken, since 2012 !!! LOL !!!! I guess it’s been awhile since I ate at a KFC. Well, I really wanted grilled chicken, so I was going to leave, and the guy behind the counter says “Hey, can I give you a free drink.”. I heard and saw how genuine the guy’s character was, So I turned around and told him, oh man, thats cool, but I don’t want a drink, but just get me 8 pieces of your best FRIED Chicken. About the same time, I briefly spoke to the manager, he was a nice man as well. Then the cook, gave me the bucket of chicken, and he was a nice guy too. Well, that FRIED chicken was freaking awesome !!! I mean, It really was GOOD. Thanks

I placed a large order and when the delivery arrived, neither drink had been included –2 large drinks. I informed my driver who kindly offered to go back for them, When he returned, he had one SMALL drink,which wasn’t anything we had ordered. I then proceeded to call the restaurant over a dozen times, getting no answer, We will not order from them again.

Overall the food tasted great. Maybe the Nashville hot sandwich is just naturally messy, but I felt like this was excessive. The bottom bun was soaked with the sauce (grease? Couldn’t tell) and was a challenge to eat. Everything still tasted great! The fries were hot, coleslaw was as good as it always is. The sandwich was just exceptionally messy. Was able to make it work with a large stack of napkins.
