Stopped in for dinner. Stood at the counter for a few minutes before I saw a sign that read dining room for online orders only. Placed my order online, waited a few minutes and picked it up in the drive thru. Opened up my 4 piece chicken strips meal when I got home and 3 of the 4 were burnt. The fries were cold and tasted like they had been sitting for a few hours. The 3 piece chicken box was supposed to be extra crispy. Only 2 pieces were and half the biscuit was missing. This place has gone downhill in the past year, and I don’t see it lasting much longer.

Food was average, I think that fresh oil in frying the food would have elevated this experience. Service was outstanding. The building was clean, but looked as if it could use an upgrade. I’d patronize again, because of the service.

They always forget something in my doordash orders so this time I finally took it upon myself to go back to the store and get what I was owed when I got there I asked to speak to a manager trying to not pull out the karen in me. well, whileI was speaking to the manager there was a girl in the back who decided to get smirky and say something about tell me something like ignorantly and I got upset and I said excuse me tell me what what did you want to say to me and she got very ignorant with me and Lippy so I asked for her name she wouldn’t give it to me at first but her name is summer in that restaurant is very disrespectful and ignoranc3. it would be nice if they got things right for once and got rid of the ignorant employees.I work in the service industry and I never would have in a million years treated a customer like that

Really good food friendly staff and very clean I don’t mind the wait they were working really hard to get orders out koodos to KFC greensburg.

Had a great experience! Todd was amazing. He was ready to lock up and was kind enough to let my mom and I come in to look at the menu and pricing. That turned into him just offering to let us sit in there and eat and personally waited on us hand and foot. He’s the standard bearer for what a manager should be and should be proud of himself. We will definitely be back there to eat again (because the food was amazing as well, which I almost forgot to even mention). Give them a chance. Especially if Todd is working. You won’t be disappointed!

If I could give a zero star review I would, Both times I have came here the manager had an attitude and finds a way to argue with anyone ordering very poor service and management and food has been wrong everytime and when the issue is brought up they insist I ordered what I got which is far from the truth I know what I ordered is not what I got. Long story short if you want KFC DO NOT GO HERE IT SUCKS!!! Update got my chicken sandwich and it was pink in the middle
