Very rude woman taking our order . Very pushy and had a bad attitude. An old man was also trying to order who couldn’t hear well and she was just rude and ruined everyone’s dinner . I was also very nice and it didn’t help. She needs fired or to find a better attitude

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. Literally every restaurant surrounding them would be a better option. I placed a mobile order about 15 minutes prior to showing up. When I pulled into the drive through, I was instructed to come inside to pick up a mobile order, and that they can’t hand me the food through the window. First time I’ve ever been told that(I always order through the app). So I had to get my kids out of their car seats and bring them inside in order to get my food. After waiting an additional 20 minutes for them to actually hand me the order, there were missing items. When I approached the counter to get my order corrected, I made eye contact with a lady (who identified herself as Jamie) about 10 times in 10 minutes before she actually acknowledged me standing there.
She was incredibly rude and disrespectful, and acted as if she was inconvenienced to help me get things fixed. I will not be returning to this location ever again. Neither will any of my family members that reside close by. Absolutely terrible experience.

Food is terrible anymore, usually just stop to get Mac and cheese. If I order anything else to eat, I instantly regret it. Wait times are ridiculous, employees are rude. They just shovel the food out the window, don’t care if you need condiments or anything. Just close the window and walk away.

Female server at window was rude. Talked to us like we were stupid and with an attitude just cause we asked questions about meals. Made us wait but other people kept getting their food. They forgot about us sitting outside waiting. Had to get our money back. Manager was super rude. Took forever to get money back. Never will go back there again.

Never again! Took 45 minutes for mobile order to be ready and the place was not even busy. They were also out of Nashville hot and I didn’t find out until I went to pick up my order. No napkins were provided. They also forgot my butter and honey.

Wait time longer than it’s should have been considering there was only 1 person in front of me and all the tables were empty. Maybe they were short staffed!?
Cleanliness, not so much… Floor obviously had something spilled and it was not cleaned properly. It felt like I was walking on fly paper.
