The chicken was fresh, hot and good. The mgr Kim was very nice, very helpful, professional and was observed multitasking very well. She greeted the customers pleasantly and ensured the orders were correct. Even though the chicken was consistently good, the skin was a bit darker than usual which was the only thing that caught my eye as different. I prefer when it looks golden not overly dark. It was good though! The other workers were very pleasant as well and I could tell they were working hard. I had stopped going to KFCs for a long time because they were not consistently good and didn’t look appealing, but, it seems that what ever was wrong with the overall brand, has been corrected.
The KFC buildings all over seem to need a bit sprucing up and that would go for all of the ones I’ve visited.
Oh, the special deals are great and affordable like the $20 family meal and the Tuesday $10 bucket of chicken! Thanks and keep the deals going!

Beware, they service doordash orders before restaurant customers. There are times when they shutdown all orders except Doordash orders. They are polite in explaining that they do not have staff to handle orders beyond Doordash.

One of the worst Kentucky fried chickens around. They continually close early if they are going to post their hours that they are open till midnight then they need to be open till midnight. When I pull up as a customer at 11:20 p.m. and they are already closed that’s rather disappointing and also I wasted my time coming across town to go there. The employees act like it is my fault that they are closed when I asked them about it as well. One day I arrived and they said that they ran out of food. I then told them that I had ordered the food in the app and they miraculously came up with the food although I had to wait for it to be prepared even though it was ordered 45 minutes prior. The employees seem to be just hanging around in the restaurant I guess getting an extra hour of pay not having to do any work

I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC today. I placed a simple order for 12 chicken nuggets and 1 fries, and the app showed my order as ready for pickup. However, I ended up waiting for almost 40 minutes.
What made it more frustrating was that several customers who came after me, including those with larger and bulk orders, were served before me and left while I was still waiting. I kept checking with the staff, but there was no clear explanation for the delay.
For such a small and simple order, this long wait time is unacceptable. If the order is not actually ready, the system should not show it as ready for pickup. Better communication and order handling is definitely needed.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously so other customers don’t have to go through the same experience.

Forgot to put half of our order in the bag for a mobile order. When I called, no offer to remake fresh since I’d have to return. Decided not to return anyway because the food was so gross. I normally LOVE KFC original recipe. I’m guessing the oil was filthy because the chicken was deep dark brown, almost black (without being burnt), and it was disgusting. Even the “grease” at was brown, not like you usually see with chicken I have three teenage boys, and even they wouldn’t eat it. We threw it away and walked to a local takeout place in our neighborhood.
UPDATE: I sent our issue to corporate KFC, who sent us a $20 voucher (our order was $65).

I went to this KFC to purchase my granny some chicken. I was there for about 10 minutes before they took my order, Then another 45 minutes waiting for that order only to be told that it would be another 30 minutes wait for Original legs.
