Can we please get new management and employees in here? This is our 4th time here. The first 3 no chicken! We just moved here from the blvd by Sam’s. We went to fairfeild, military highway, then got served our best where we used to live out by Thalia. I even tipped the people there. I work customer service. When you’re nice, I’m nice, and tip. Girl at military said…..I don’t know what to tell you! We ain’t got no chicken and what’s cooking is 45 min. You get what you put out. I’ve waited for chicken. Plenty.

Food is consistently the same it’s never too long of a wait at the drive thru. I ordered on the app and went inside 5 min later and it was waiting on me. Really fast and reasonable prices when you order using the app

That is the best KFC chicken we have had in a long time. We ordered 2 different types of buckets of chicken, 1 tenders and 1 boned, we were thrilled when they made it fresh for us. Much appreciated. The guy who took our order was polite and nice and dropped fresh chicken us. Our family enjoyed it.

I went through the drive through and ordered two chicken pot pies. While eating one of them, there was a very sharp small bone in the food and this resulted in me having to go to the emergency room because it became lodged in my throat. The person I was with took the other chicken pot pie home and became extremely sick the next day after eating it. Everytime I have eaten at this location there have been problems and bones/other things in the food that were not supposed to be there. I do not recommend eating here.

Food is typical KFC fare, not good but is indeed moderately seasoned fried chicken effectively served. Some of the different items they have added and subtracted from the menu have been less than good, but the basic fried chicken is generally as advertised. Service however is awful. Rarely if ever do I get what I ordered and almost never do. I get requested condiments or silverware. Oftentimes when checking bag for items in the drive-thru line you will receive dirty looks from employees. Store is moderately clean but the kitchen does appear to be rather dirty when viewed from the dining room. I try to avoid KFC in general and this location specifically as of late. Do not recommend.

It was okay not my usual experience at other KFCs. This time I got the chicken sandwich which is my favorite item on the menu but they just didn’t barely any sauce on it so it made the sandwich very dry, luckily I have my own chipotle aioli at home that saved the day, disappointed none the less. My experience talking with the staff here in the past wasn’t the most friendly. We ordered it to go this time.
