If I could give this zero stars I would. I did and online order around 7pm. I checked to make sure everything was in the bag but did not look directly at the chicken. BIG mistake. I get home (15 min drive) and the chicken is gray. I call and was told to bring the chicken back and they would replace it. Are you freaking serious. I mentioned that I lived a distance from them and the “manager” stated that I could bring it back another day. SERIOUSLY! I have never experienced such horrible customer service or policy. Now I have to find something else for my hungry 6 year old! You should have a policy that tells you not to fry chicken in old dirty grease then give it to paying customers. Do better!

Was informed by my brother of the chicken bucket special. Stopped in to pick some up on my way home from visiting friend’s. Did have to wait around 10 minutes for my order but believe me it was totally worth it! My chicken was so freshly cooked my fingers could barely touch it to eat a bite on my driveway home. The server at KFC gave free soda cups for customers having to wait for the chicken to cook. The chicken was totally delicious! As well as the sides I ordered. Way to go KFC!!

I highly DO NOT recommend this location. If you are willing to risk it, make sure you do not leave until they have given you every single item you ordered. I made the mistake of waiting till I got home to check and was unfortunately missing an item. I called to see what I should do and they were super apologetic and told me to come through the drive thru and they’d have it ready for me. For some reason when I got there they decided to try gaslighting me into believing they actually DID give me the item they forgot… After going back and forth and trying to assure the girl I checked several times, she reluctantly gave me my item and tried insinuating I would eventually find the missing item. Super weird experience that left me so confused. Not sure how I’m supposed to make food appear but thanks for the unpleasant experience!

Just ordered the $10 Tuesday chicken. Absolutely the worst chicken I have ever had. Nothing but grease and a little bit of breading that was falling off of the chicken. NASTY! The mashed potatoes and gravy was so small it was not worth the price. Will not be back.

Definitely NOT “finger lickin good”! They forgot our 12 pc nugget and sauces. When I went back to get them the chick at the window was swearing and didn’t even apologize for their mistake. Once I got the nuggets they were burnt and dry. Overall none of the food was particularly hot when received and they weren’t busy when we showed up the first time. I had attempted to reach them by phone but none of my calls were answered.

Walked into the most comfortable and spacious KFC I’ve been to. Beautiful interior and comfortable seats.
We were greeted and helped immediately after walking in the door. Our food came out by the time I had finished filling my drink in just a minute or two. Food wasn’t hot enough, chicken tenders were not crispy, mac had dry skin on some pieces, also only warm. Fries were fresh out of the fryer, crispy and delicious. I had ordered the big box, understandably so it was left ready on a hot table. Food all tasted delicious overall but could have been hotter/fresher. Would definitely stop by again

Haven’t been there in a long time my wife and I were out and about scrapping and decided to stop in grab something quick to eat all I can say is the original recipe doesn’t look like the same as it used to now I love crunchy and the floors weren’t that clean they were pretty slippery for a food restaurant they need to take care of better of that place especially the floors and in this season with snow somebody could fall

Went today to get wings and wedges. Don’t bother ordering through the app. You better go through the line and insist you get food that hasn’t been laying around for hours. The wedges were so old the potato was chewy. The chicken wings could be used as weapons they were so hard. It’s so tiresome the quality of fast food today yet it keeps getting more expensive. No paying customer should have to ask for freaking fresh food that you won’t break a damn tooth on. This is the second time with this location. They won’t be getting another!

This KFC I generally go to at lunchtime, so the foods is hot and most of the time pretty good. Once in awhile they forget to give you napkins at the drive thru which is puzzling to me when you’re eating chicken that’s going to have grease on it.
The wait is not so long when they don’t have the pieces you want they generally give you something else that you might like. The customer service is fine just don’t forget the napkins
