Was there yesterday for a 10 dollar bucket seemed like they focused on drive thru and online orders but the front counter was getting forgotten about. All works we’re staying busy maybe just didn’t have enough people but I don’t blame workers for not coming in their store manager seems like a hostile person. My food was good but I think the manger needs a attitude adjustment. She was yelling at customers that they are doing orders in order but there was no way and I my order was never being taken so it could never be in the order process . The manager was even throwing boxes down on the counter . Please close the store down or find a new store manager.

Placed a mobile order. Went to pick it up and was told to pull around. Pulled up to the window and they tell me to pull to the other side of the store. They were dead.. no one there at all and 5 employees standing around the window. Took way too long for a kfc bowl and 2 kid meals which they were out of apple sauce. Slowest service ever. Rude employees. First time at this location and now I see why they are always dead. Will never be back.

I’ve never seen a business run this way! But obviously the owner or investor has been there often. The supposed manager was the only one working. Everyone else disappears or hide and this was dinner time. I placed my online pickup order and my confirmation said it would be ready at 6:15pm. I was there 45-minutes, some people were there longer. And the manager had a cook from the back come out and let people know that we couldn’t get our money back. Maybe the owner or the investor should drop in around dinner time and see for themselves. Obviously, this comment won’t go anywhere as normal. Feel free to contact me when you want a REAL manager!

Probably shouldn’t open a store when you’re short staffed. Everyone is usually nice. But you can def tell that a lot of them are just over the job. I would be too if I was constantly there short staffed and only one person doing most of the work… I dined in. I felt so bad when I realized it was only 2 workers. And one of them was making food and taking orders on drive thru while the other person took my order. The person who made order even offered a mini cake for my wait I declined. But what a nice thing to do granted she was also very busy! And stopped to acknowledge my wait time!

Buyers Beware
The last 3 times I have gone to this location(drive thru/doordash), my orders have been missing something. They’re so proud to refuse refunds that they have it posted on the windows. File a complaint with corporate and they’ll request your blood type just to end up mailing you a $5 voucher. I haven’t been inside this recently built KFC, so I don’t know how clean it is or what the “atmosphere” is like, I just know they don’t fulfill their orders and refuse to offer refunds when they mess up your order.

This is by far the worst KFC I have ever been to. The staff totally ignores the customers. They all have attitudes. How do you run out of chicken when it is a CHICKEN restaurant!!! Had to wait 45 minutes for a 3 piece meal and when I got home only had a 2 piece meal. I am typically understanding when is comes to being short staffed, however, they were plenty staffed and still could not do their job correctly. This place needs new management and employees.

Went here for a quick dinner and waited 25 minutes for them to give me the wrong order and after they “fixed” it I was still missing items. They had me repeat my order several times both times as well. Just drive to the further away one because this one cannot get their acts together and management doesnt do anything or care.

This place is a joke. Every single time I’ve ordered the wait is forever. This time I even pre-ordered my food and am currently still waiting in my car 30 mins later! If you’re in the mood for KFC do not go to this one. You’re better off driving to any other one then this one. I’d say it would be faster to drive to Michigan and get your food.
