I ordered my food online so I could get a small discount when I walked into this establishment to pick up my food it was disgusting Phil everywhere the tables weren’t clean from the night before the floors were not clean there was food and garbage all over the floor in the kitchen they had no coleslaw they had no napkins lot of excuses nothing else to go with it had I known that there was no manager on duty when I came in I would not have ordered my food from this establishment the windows looked like it was an empty homeless building the employees were dirty and grungy and not wearing proper uniforms the girl that waited on us at a KFC headed Jimmy John’s t-shirt on that looks like she found it in a dumpster the bathrooms were disgusting the toilets were overflowing the sinks were filthy the soap dispenser you didn’t want to touch the soap dispenser to wash your hands absolutely no excuse for a business to be open in this condition and the worst part of all was we walked up as they were unlocking the doors to start their day

They offer the deals but never have product ready to go! placed a mobile order it shows ready but I am told there will be a 30 minute wait for chicken and that’s just for a 8 piece meal and there not that busy, no apology for the wait just poor planning on there part as I can not believe they do not know dinner time sales when offering deals

Pulled up to the drive through and waited 10 minutes. No one spoke. Called inside. The guy said they were running late, wouldn’t be open for another 15 minutes, the cook was late. Told him all I needed was a side of coleslaw. No cook needed. He said “the longer I’m on the phone, the later I’ll be opening” and hung up.

How does this place pass inspection. Absolutely filthy. No chicken at all when I was there how can that be. No heat it was freezing in there. The drive is Absolutely filled with potholes. This place has went downhill fast. I did ask the cashier if they were closing and her response was no they are cutting back. Never will return to this disgusting place.

They didnt have any drinks but 3. Only had 2 sauces. Then the items we did get – frys were old. Bread for the sandwiches HARD. The chicken was like it sat out all day.. Didn’t even eat the sandwiches.

I want to file a complaint about this KFC. The manager was extremely rude.
I tried to buy 8 pieces of chicken breast, and he bluntly said “No!” He then told me I would have to wait 30 minutes or more, and his tone was very disrespectful.
Because of this experience, I will never come back here again. No wonder this location is always empty.

Horrible establishment. Rude staff that ignore customers and dont seem to be doing anything but taking breaks. Wait time is regularly 30 minutes. Heat has been. Broken for weeks, freezing cold in there.

Honestly, I don’t even leave reviews like this lol. So for me to go OUT OF MY WAY to leave a review??? It was bad. We waited for 45 minutes (yes, I know… would’ve drove off but we already paid and they had us parked). After about 30 mins, my bf went inside to get a refund, but they could not even manage that. I don’t blame the lady at the window at all (super polite, trying her best). But I would never eat here again, 0/10. I’m annoyed I even have to give ONE star
