We ordered a 16 piece family meal dark meat only with two mashed potatoes with gravy and two Fry’s. We received a 16 piece mixed bucket, mashed potatoes without gravy and Fry’s & 8 biscuits. The portions are supposed to be family sized however you can still see the bottom of the containers, we got 6 biscuits rather then 8. I called the store twice and there was no answer and I’m not surprised why. Absolutely the worse KFC I have ever been too.

i ordered through the website, and when i arrived no one was upfront. after five minutes someone came up to help us and give us our take away order. we looked, got everything so that’s good. watered down drinks. okay it happens. but all of our food is burnt … and these chicken strips are poor on size. and the fries have no seasoning

Got my dad and brothers order wrong. My brother got a chicken sandwich with Mac and cheese, but they put fries instead. They guy even put fries on the receipt when he specifically said Mac and cheese. My dad also got fries even though he said gravy. The floors were very slippery. Like they put grease on the floor and let it dry. Most of the soda was out of order. They only had root beer, lemonade, starry, and sweet tea.

Person taking orders had us wait 10 minutes just to order only one car in front of us then we had to wait another 5 just too pay and then had to pull forward and wait 30 minutes just to receive our food while other cars were pulling off. Terrible customer service as well.

Have been to this three times all 3 times they have refused to make us a 16 piece meal. We’ve came before closing at least 30 to 1 hours till closing. Please fix this location.

Went to the drive threw took my order pulled up to the window ready to pay was to they were out of the drinks we ordered the only has Pepsi and Dr Pepper. Then was told they are making fresh chicken. Waited for 20 minutes for ”fresh food” got it got home and the chicken was old as hell was so tough to chew and fries were so crunchy they just crumbled when you bit them. Called even took back the food to show them and refused to remake the order or refund my order. extremely rude about it.

Absolute worst KFC I’ve ever been to…..
Suffered through eating the wing out of starvation, but couldn’t even eat the skin off the breast. When you refuse to eat KFC chicken skin, you know it’s bad! Not even gonna talk about the fries….This after a 30+ minute wait in the dining room. Never again.

So, make sure when someone orders a popcorn chicken MEAL you actually give them a meal and not just a SMALL AS HECK cup of chicken . first of all it goes in a box 😐 you get a side. Plus a biscuit. NOT JUST A CUP OF CHICKEN! ………….

There’s been other times we got kfc and absolutely nothing was wrong . so. Just wondering why SO MANY problems. Im not one to be very angry when a little something goes wrong. But the whole order?… Really.
The cup of popcorn chicken was also kinda soggy i don’t know if it was the grease . but thanks for making me watch as my family gets to eat their messed up meals infront if me and my cup of chicken. .
