I’ve ordered this kfc through DoorDash, through Uber eats, and even went through the drive thru myself. I almost never get the honey mustard I’ve asked for, even in the window if I don’t check specifically and ask twice, I don’t get it. This has been probably 30 times at this point, over the course of a year.

Ordered quick pick up. Got to store they said I already picked it up. Lady went to talk to Manager who said they picked up order and I’m busy right now. I waited another 10 minutes and manager never left the back to talk to me. A another worker ask if they could help, told him what happened. He went to back manager said something they picked it up already. They had some back and forth before the manager said go ahead and make it again. The guy made it and I was on my way home. After getting home turns out I order a 12 piece bucket and they only gave me 6 pieces of chicken.

Stopped on Black Friday. Not very busy, right at 11:00am. Didn’t have the famous bowl advertised, but asked about it, said it was the 2 for $6. Ordered, and order was received in a timely manner. Asked for a receipt which took a minute, but was supplied. Very friendly service.

This is the worse KFC I have ever been to. They messed my order up gave me a totally different meal. I tried to call them to let them know what happened they didn’t ever answer the phone. Only gave one star because I think that’s the only option. Because they don’t deserve any stars!!!

I received terrible customer service. I went through the drive through and didn’t receive something I thought I ordered. Apparently the young man didn’t hear me correctly and didn’t add it to the order. The woman who provided the terrible customer service was, Anne. She grabbed the receipt to show me the item I asked for wasn’t on the receipt and waived it in my face so fast I didn’t have time to read it. So I asked to add the missing item to my order and paid for it and also asked for the original receipt so I could make sure it was correct since I never got a good look at it. I saw there were two side items on it that I didn’t order and asked for them to be taken off. She tried to argue with me about the side items being in the kids meals but I had ordered different side items for the kids meals. Eventually she begins to issue me the refund and complains to the young man at the window about me, right in front of me. I interject and said that he was the one who didn’t hear my order correctly and the situation wasn’t my fault. As she was handing me the refund she was VERY condescending and said something along these lines “It’s loud in here, sweetheart, we’re busy. We have people back here and in the front of the store. You’re not the only customer we have, sweetheart.” She didn’t want to take the time to provide good customer service and solve the problem. She just wanted me out of the way because they were busy and, instead, Anne treated ME like the problem. All I wanted was to take home a correct order of food and not be overcharged. I didn’t think that was too much to ask. At no time did I raise my voice or act inappropriately to deserve to be treated the way I was by Anne. I have been to this KFC many many times in the past and have always had pleasant interactions with staff there. This was the exception.

Had a coupon for a free sandwich ask if I could have it with no bun and was rudely told no. Never heard of such a thing and I’ve worked in the food industry a lot. No substitutions I can understand but if I can get the sandwich without pickles and that’s not a problem why can I not get it without a bun? Managers answer, because the coupon says sandwich. They have a dirty restaurant and subpar food so should probably at least be friendly. Don’t even know why I’m making this, this place has been like this for so many years nothing will ever change. If you can just drive farther to another KFC I guarantee it’ll be worth it.

Went thru drive thru and ordered the 8 pc meal. Ordered mac n cheese and mashed potatoes/gravy as sides. Got home and had Cole slaw, no mac/cheese. This was around 3:20 pm. There was only 1 customer in front of us, no rush this x of day and they still couldn’t get it right. And the Cole slaw, it was dry not creamy. Literally like cabbage and carrots with no dressing. This is not the 1st time kfc in delaware ohio has messed up our order. I tried to call and they picked up the ph and hung it up. Done with you kfc!
