Worst KFC I’ve ever had. Food was nasty. Chicken was soggy, mac n cheese tasted like dirty tap water and the tea was soured. Window was super dirty when I pulled up I almost left. I should have. It tasted like I deserved a refund and an apology…like sadness and regret..tasted like sorrow and carelessness. Ii won’t be going back. Ever! I’ll be at Popeyes from now on.

Food has always been good over the years I’ve frequented this KFC. Service is dependent upon the crew working. Biggest issue to quick service is ordering what is cooked and ready to serve. As a regular, I generally get quick service.

Placed an order online at 6:10 pm, for a 7:15 pm pickup (my boyfriend would be going through town to pick it up) got it home and it was obviously made when I placed the order (at 6)
The breading was almost off of all the pieces and was mushy. there was almost a half inch of grease in the bottom of the bucket, and the biscuits were super hard. The few pieces I could I popped in the air fryer but we ended up just making some tacos. This will be the last time we eat there I was trying to be fair and give them another chance since the last time I went there they messed up my order. Never again

First time in a while we chose to ate here. Figured we give it a shot. We was wrong first biscuit would be ready in 20 minutes then cam le back in and immediately told me they was completely out. Ok no problem they substituted a side for it. Asked for 8piece chicken original and got 1 breast original 1 wing extra crispy and a leg and the rest of chicken was all thighs. Tenders was dry. Like they had sit under heater to long. 1 of the employees finally walked up to help the only person working both counter and drive and asks do you need help? That point no Biscuits,no mac and cheese and all extra crispy thighs! Worse meal ever. Didn’t get anything that I asked for. Would like my money back. Worse food and worse service ever should be Ashamed your employee can’t follow orders. Who places orders for product? Running out of biscuits like having no chicken at a Chicken restaurant

I would leave less than 1 star if I was allowed. Waited 10 minutes in the lobby to get order taken. They kept looking at me but never acknowledged me. Had to repeat my order 3 times to her face before they got it. Waited 12 minutes before an employee yelled from the back they didn’t have my sides and to pick another. The whole time I waited I watched multiple people walk in. Not get waited on and walk out. I definitely will not be returning to this restaurant.

Okay this KFC I didn’t like and I won’t ever stop there again and eat!! The only reason we ate there was cause we stopped at Shoney’s but the main cook had to go to the hospital so they were closing instead of getting back on the road we just walked over to KFC instead of actually find another place to eat which we should had.. if id know we would’ve…
Okay the first thing was the two employee’s that was there was quite hateful… I asked a question and he popped bk really rude then our chicken was cooked all the way.. the price was high for two pieces of chicken and mashed potatoes.. the biscuit was so hard it bounce off the table… and I’m not joking.. I wished I’d recorded it but I had stopped posting reviews for a long time until I just received alert asking me to post sum reviews bc i used to do it alot. Anyways I wouldn’t eat here unless they’ve gotten new employees and they stopped serving the chicken with a little blood still on the insides..but that’s totally your choice… but I definitely a 100 percent won’t Ever Ever Stop by this one again.. now the only thing I can say decent about this KFC is the inside looked nice, well the dinning room.. I’m not talking about the back of the restaurant .. it didn’t look so clean at that moment!

EDIT: After reading other reviews it looks like the parking lot, the sign, the drive thru has been on blackout mode for over a YEAR now.
This kfc in Henderson KY is unbelievably bad. Its 7pm and the parking lot is completely dark, menu dark you can’t even see it to order, the kfc sign is pitch black. The place actually looks closed. Been like this for months. I had to pull up the menu on my phone just to see what to order. It doesn’t stop there though let me tell you. I ordered a 12 pcs nuggets and they tried to put them in this tiny little box thats not even big enough to hold a biscuit. It was so small they couldn’t fit the 12 nuggets I PAID $6.99 for in the box. They crammed as many as they could (9) in the box and closed it. They put that box of nuggets, a side of potatoes and two biscuits in this tiny azz bag: they put the box of nuggets in first, then the side and then had the audacity to throw my 2 biscuits in the bag loose just thrown on top. There mashed potatoes and gravy was nothing but water. The biscuits were hard as a rock and the 9 nuggets were so chewy I had to give them to my dog I have pictures of it all that WILL be posted on this KFC’s google reviews. This is by far the worst restuarant in henderson. Thank god Zaxby’s a REAL chicken place is coming. So many people can’t wait either. Kfc will be no more then and should have probably thought about that before they decided to serve poor quality items and horrible customer service. This was my last trip to KFC. Come on Zaxby!

I have given this location every chance possible over the last year. Every time it’s the same terrible service in the same terrible chicken that’s been left in a warmer hours past time where it should have been thrown out where the chicken is dark, dry and taste like metal. I’m an older gentleman and the KFC from my childhood 50 years ago is lost. I love KFC original recipe but this location don’t care and as far as I’m concerned should be shut down or prosecuted for holding food way too long after being cooked. It’s dangerous. This location cares nothing about quality or customer service. This location ignores complaints and as far as I’m concerned the city should get involved and inspect and shut them down.

All the tables were dirty. Found the cleanest table but the seats were dirty. It was 2:30 in the afternoon and they weren’t busy, so I don’t understand why they couldn’t have cleaned the dinning room. I ordered a pot pie and famous bowl, which was done before my son’s.
