Food was great! However one staff member in particular stood out very negatively. The male who took our order through the drive through was SO rude and pushy after any item I added to the order I received a curt “what else” “what else” “what else” clearly an attitude problem from the start. Then when we pulled to the window they asked us to move forward and park even though no one was waiting behind us. We politely told them if someone comes behind we will move but for now we’ll wait by the window. Mind you it’s December and freezing and typically they forget part of my order. Knowing this had I pulled forward I would have had to have gotten out and left my kids in the car to tell them they got it wrong or go and drive back around. I didn’t see his name but it was a white male with long fake finger nails who screamed at us “you aren’t welcome back!” because we refused to move forward while we checked the order. Guess what! THEY FORGOT PART OF MY ORDER. On the plus side he did admit the only reason they make you move forward is because the tickets are on a timer and they get negative reports for taking too long on one order but they can’t even get the order correct or be polite about it. Again the food was still good we frequent here and this has been the first time we’ve encountered this person the rest of the staff was plenty friendly and helpful.

I’ve been riding my bicycle for 6 days straight from St. Louis. This store was my final stop in Kentucky and i had an issue with my payment and wanted to get a drumstick as it looked like Kentucky itself. The tall slender white male manager with a mustache decided to refuse my request for only one drumstick so I informed him about this review. He’s also getting ready to call the police on me for no reason. Im about to have a lawsuit in case he makes a false police report. He is one of the worst managers I could ever imagine to represent one of the final KFC stops in Kentucky. I highly recommend that this manager find a different job as he is literally the most greedy manager I’ve ever met and I will not ever recommend this location to anyone again unless he’s removed. Beware of this man. He tends to seem to enjoy undermining other people’s hard work for his personal gains himself. Thanks and I hope this helps the KFC corporation make the changes needed to help improve their customer services. Wish me luck on Tennessee folks!

I asked for the family meal chicken tenders the 16 piece. They said that it’s going to take some time to cook because I didn’t have enough. I said okay how long is it going to take. They said 15 minutes. No caveats nothing like that. 30 minutes later I have yet to receive my food. Then I go inside I asked for a refund. They give me my refund and I asked for a copy of the refund receipt. The only thing that they told me is they can only give me the original receipt back. I asked them what I could do with that original receipt. They did not have an answer. It took them a total of 40 minutes to not only not provide me food but not give me a copy of the refund receipt. Because they don’t give out copies of the refund receipt. I would highly suggest you find another chicken place.

Restaurant is quite FILTHY inside and out. Parking lot and drive thru always full of trash and food. Needs a power wash . Also they are ALWAYS out of stuff. The odds of getting what you ordered are very slim to none. Even something as SIMPLE as a drink they are out of this and that. Ordered drink bag on the app get there and you guessed it.. OUT OF BAGS. Who is in charge? Another disappointing chain of restaurants in the area. Drive past em. Corporate complaint next option.

Hopkinsville’s KFC has to be the laziest and least customer service oriented location in the United States. Somehow, they’re the only location that can’t consistently keep items that are listed on the menu in-stock, whether or not they are really “out” or just too lazy to make it is unknown.
