This is truly a hidden gem. They spared no expense to make a cozy decor and top notch kitchen and dining area. There’s even a corner with sofas if you want to drink coffee and a light snack. They have a great menu of freshly prepared food, brunch items. It changes seasonally, while some things stay all year, some other more eclectic choices change to include seasonal ingredients. The owners and staff are so friendly, making you feel like family. I highly recommend that you go try it and don’t be afraid to think outside the box.

We went back, this time tried the breakfast burrito. One of the BEST breakfast burritos we have had in years. Love how they roll it on the grill for a crunchy flour tortilla. Definitely recommend this item. Homemade salsa was pretty good. Ohhh she makes her own whip cream for hot apple cider

Great food! Small town~quaint atmosphere, warm and welcoming staff. Food was appropriately timed, priced, and very, very tasty including portions sized to share! I highly recommend the Carmel apple pie crepe as pictured with a cup of piping hot coffee or an espresso for a fall time fun breakfast!

Some of the best tasting food I’ve had! The breakfast bowl was so filling, and the gravy on top was country gold at its finest! If you have a sweet-tooth, I’d 10/10 recommend the pumpkin pecan waffle. It just melts in your mouth and deserves permanent-residency on the menu—year-round! Can’t wait to be back!

I had the Parker’s burger and potato salad. It is very big burger, could probably get two servings out of it. The potato salad you can tell is homemade. Great prices too. Half and half sweet tea was very good too.

Stumbled on this place today. What a pleasant surprise. Everything was prepared fresh. The owner was so accommodating and attentive. The dining room was impeccably decorated and so inviting. I don’t know when I’ll be in Surgoinsville again, but I may have to make the 30 minute drive from Kingsport. It’d be worth it!

A great mama pops atmosphere restauran, love that they played Christian . Very friendly and welcoming! My husband got the Ultimate biscuits and gravy and loved it. I got their pumpkin Belgium waffles and they were so good, didn’t even need the syrup!
