Genuinely the most disgusting lobby that I’ve ever been in. Every single table, booth and surface was covered in crumbs and dirt. If the lobby is this dirty Lord knows how terrible the kitchen is. Food was fast but lukewarm.

HONESTLY I WAS OUTRAGED WHEN I WENT HOME AND SEEN WHAT I RECEIVED . Build a Bucket. 8pc. My issue is with the sides , The sides are so ridiculously small . In fact so small it wasn’t enough for one person .

My mother went in and ordered Cole slaw and Mac the container was only 1/4 full she said something to cashier ( who was very respectful)who got the manager. The manager snatched the items from her then brought them bk and literally threw them at her across the counter. Regardless of the day she may be having there is no reason to be rude or ugly to an elderly lady. If u can’t deal with the public in a kind manner maybe u needs to find a job where it’s ok to be mean and nasty to people.

Waited in the lobby for service. No acknowledgement until i sat right where workers could see me. I get it, busy. I was patient. Ordered an $8 famous bowl only for it to be topped with 3.25 pieces of nugget? That’s insane. Grateful for the refund, but instead of wasting the food; maybe just offer some more chicken and you wouldn’t lose out on money.

Take out, Horrible experience, manners, food, order and respect. Ordered a 2 piece crispy breast and wing, two mashed potatoes and biscuit in place of the drink, and a chicken sandwich meal. Order came out two wings, original with a fry and mashed potatoes. Took it back inside to be told that wasn’t what we ordered. The young lady proceeded to go to the warmer and yanked open the door, threw an original wing and breast in the box and brought it to my husband. Well, needless to say, it was still wrong, as we are driving down the road, my husband looks at his sandwich, the bun is completely burnt. I’m not kidding. Complete joke. Don’t go, waste your money across the street. I have the picture of the sandwich, just not sure how to post it.

Half a container with mashed potatoes and all the chicken nuggets were just crisped edges not any chicken. The Taco Bell was good, but definitely wasted $10.
