I usually love this branch but recently it’s been going downhill. First, I placed an order for hashbrowns with no bacon, as I am allergic to, but when the server called Kayla added bacon. It was a minor mistake and I told her that I cannot eat bacon, then she proceeded to take off the bacon from the food and throw it out. I am allergic. I stated that I cannot eat bacon or anything that touches it so she proceeded to make it and walked away saying “I’m not doing this today” under her breath. Later when I was in the car eating a grill cheese that I ordered, a literal piece of WRAPPING PAPER was still on the cheese. I went back in and told another worker that was much nicer about it and she continued to remake the grilled cheese. Kayla was on the other side of the branch and said out loud “ I was the one who made the sandwich what’s wrong with it” she left a very bad attitude and said oh instead of simply saying sorry. She was stating that mistakes happen but then lied about saying sorry.

Late afternoon drop in for this acclaimed come and respected senior citizen. This experience in Rhode Island, Cranston literally shocked me to my core. Although the service in Cranston,RI location of the well-known Dunkin’ Donuts. Let me rephrase what I just said minus donuts. I realized that the word donuts has been eradicated from the signage. Anyhow, my service act said location was, to say it very nicely, was truly sub optimal. No, actually rude buy one of the female employees at this location. I believe I counted seven or eight employees for my advantage point and at the time it appeared, there was a new individual at the register working the register. And when the young lady working there came around front to check on the donuts I believe so she could see the count better. I asked her a couple of questions, one of which was for her assistance at the front counter, either to assist the new gentleman working the register or if she could assist myself in one of the four other people behind me .

I was not mean I did not have any Town. I did not swear I merely asked a question. Two questions and my answer is where you’ll just have to wait. I needed to sit down cause I am not able to stand for that long. One Employee came out from behind the back to drop off a coffee to another individual in the restaurant I asked for the manager or owner to come to the table 20 minutes later nothing still.

Friends like a patriot in LA have done arrangements for Duncan. I really see no place on earth for this repetitively damaging behavior in the way that your employees speak to customers. People do have bad days. I understand that and sometimes customers are not very nice. I also understand that however, certain employees need a speaking to as I believe most people can be educated, not looking to fire anyone, but I do not as a human being in senior citizen. Tolerate this talking down to and rude being spoken to in a condescending and Kurt tone. Please Duncan speak to your individuals at this moment. I feel like doing a PSA on reasons to avoid Dunkin. Perhaps I will call it my Funkin, slam, damn Duncan.

There’s no place for disrespectful behavior to a customer (recurring revenue source) who is merely asking you a question. This young woman was rude disrespectful and even to it appears to be a new employee. She could’ve been helpful to her coworker. Three dollars isn’t a lot except when you multiply it by a number of days a week number of weeks a month and over a year in years when we see behavior recurring in the same location with other customers, we begin to understand that the problem most likely begins with the top of management. This is very disappointing. I would avoid this location if and until behavior management changes. And manage to take seriously with their customers will not just be there forever. The way you treat your customers…

I order the same thing every time and I would say 1 out 5 visits a week do they get it right. Frozen coffee with mocha. They don’t always put the mocha in. If you can’t see it in the cup it’s not there.

They literally smashed or hasbrowns into a ball in the bag. Burned our sandwiches. And shorted us donuts in our box and didn’t even say anything when we picked it up, so overcharged us. Oh and gave us hot coffees instead of ice.

I came here with my uncle and partner I paid for my coffee and then we had to pay $1.08 for a small water then we left and we came back because we came for more coffee and I was short five cents and the employee wouldn’t let me go although earlier i had left extra change and explained I am a regular customer who comes here every single solitary day and there is no reason to not let someone go over five pennies and
To top it off charging me 1.08 for a small water is ridiculous I would like to speak to a manager about this situation. I was trying to explain to the cashier. I am here every single day that I could bring the five and another time, but they told me that is not possible. She told me she is new and had attitude.

My daughter and I stopped in for a coffee and bagel after Christmas shopping and from the moment we walked up to the cashier she was rude. After looking at my daughter and saying “Wow what is wrong with this “ the cashier told me to say it to her face then proceeded to tell me if I kept saying how upset I was with her service that I would have to go outside. The entire staff was awful. I visit a Dunkin every single day and this was by far unacceptable! If you don’t have customer service skills don’t work with the public. She stated to me that she was 19 and upset because she had to close. That was her excuse for being rude! Not going to this location ever again.

There’s one worker, older, dark straight hair, who is always rude no matter how nice I am to her. She doesn’t care about serving the food correctly. I keep giving this place a chance but I refuse to go back unless she’s talked to about her attitude.

went in 6/2/24 , ordered large iced water and medium blueberry iced coffee with oatmilk. cashier did not greet us and was holding her phone up to her ear while rudely walking over to take our order. as i watched her made my coffee i noticed barely any oatmilk go in, and she forgot to add the blueberry .i used to work at dunkin so I know how it’s supposed to be made. so i kindly asked for a little more oatmilk as i think for 75 cents i should have more than a drop. and i asked for the blueberry . she told me to stop being disrespectful by interrupting her “important call”. we argued back and forth and manager notified me over the phone that i have received a no trespassing order for “harassment” not sure what happened to “the customer is always right” but this location in particular will always leave you disappointed, quality of food and drinks is trash and you’re treated like a nuisance rather than appreciated for being a paying customer. everyone employed by this establishment is sad with their lives and enjoy taking it out on innocent people by ruining their days and pushing them away, place should just be shut down since they want to kick out innocent customers
