Usually good place to get a quick coffee. On one occasion, unfortunately, I got a to go order. They didn’t have the donut I ordered, but didn’t let me know when I drove off. Nothing was mentioned of it, and there was no replacement. Went inside the store to get a replacement, worker just told me “there aren’t any strawberry”. Not offering me a replacement or apology. Spoke to “one of the managers”. Awful customer service from them as well. Sad to see a “manager” give bad service. Hopefully gets retrained in customer service, along with the employee.

Staff works hard very pleasant good service. My only complaint why you got a three star rating is that you’re charging $.50 for whip cream on top of a frozen hot chocolate which is ridiculous. I went to Johnston Plainfield Pike the other day and they were actually $.75 cheaper and they didn’t charge me extra for whip cream. Things are not that bad are they?

NIKI was beyond pleasant taking my order but it didn’t make up for my completely burnt sandwich. Went at about 11am and wasn’t busy or anything so no reason for this to happen. Also the burn part was on the far end so if I hadn’t unwrapped it entirely I wouldn’t have noticed it. Sneaky sneaky!

This has to be the slowest Dunkin is the New England Area. They are slow they are loud behind the counter. I have been in the drive-thru for over 20mins before with no ability to drive away due to the way it is laid out. Also, I have been burned multiple times due to not knowing how to put a lid on a coffee or they fill the cup to much. I have done order ahead orders and still waited 15 mins after arriving. The worst.

Got in drive thru about 7:30pm. Had 2 cars in front of me. Placed my order for a med coffee and a donut. Finally got to the window @ 7:40ish for employee to tell me they had no coffee left because they dumped it out because they close in 20 min. So did they dump it after I ordered or before and just decided to waste my time waiting for the item i ordered?
