Had to wait for 22 min. For our food. We didn’t even get mac n cheese instead they gave our kids fries. Then we stood up there ro get some forks and bbq sauce. That we had asked for. Then to top it off my wife had to go to the ladies room nope she said it was filthy. The mens room smelled like sewage. Manager said they had come earlier and pumped it out. Good grief ever heard of air freshner. Never again KFC they have gotten so bad even with thier food portions.

Ordered hothoney wings. Waited 15 minutes while they cooked. Got home and had regular wings. Called the restaurant and they said u could come back and get sauce packet. I told her I couldn’t come back and she claimed they were really busy which was not true when I was there. She offered me nothing for messing up my order and when I questioned the mistake she said have a nice day and hung up. Next time I’ll go inside and check my order as they prepare it and will report her rudeness to a manager.

I’ve always liked Kentucky Fried Chicken especially original flavor, unfortunately, lately every time I get original flavor the pieces are a lot smaller than the crispy. Coleslaw was always the best unfortunately that has changed too, not sure what’s going on with Kentucky Fried Chicken in wish they’d up their game! It used to be an excellent place to grab a meal in a hurry .It’s just sad what’s happening to ff restaurants lately…

I have never had a bad experience until today. Chicken was not done. I was unable to ho back due to being on lunch break. I also overheard crew member tell others don’t touch anything she would handle it

Dude took pills right in front of me like I wasn’t even there then was running around like a chicken with it’s head cut off. And the chicken legs and wings are crazy small my kid ate 3 and was still hungry. This is sad for how much money we spent

Horrible food. The chicken tenders smells like old grease and the tenders for some reason was given to me all cut up with barely to nearly none fries. Check your food before leaving the drive thru if you do decide to get food from there. Save ya the trouble from having to turn around after you get home. If I could give it a negative star I would.

Wow. This place is terrible. Service is ridiculous. Waited 20 mins for a very simple order and several other cars got larger similar orders. 2 different servers came out to see what I had ordered and clearly didn’t communicate with one another. I finally just left. This isn’t rocket science. I have never left such a poor review anywhere. Will never ever ever be back.

This place is a JOKE! They are a bunch of lying lazy people. You call to talk to Tyrone the supposed “Manager” and all he can do is sit there and lie to cover for his lazy employees. I will not be going there again and I’m going to call in the morning and hopefully speak to someone that doesn’t lie through their teeth.
