3rd times a charm, Me and my partner are always on travel we come to KFC for the love of chicken and its also wonderful that they have a electric car charger for us as well. In hopes for a better experience for the 3rd time we stopped in the last 2 months we have nearly been refused service because the new management has flat out told us that , NO chicken breasts are available, NO livers are available only tenders or nuggets and at 8 pm every time we are told that we will have to wait 30_45 minutes for breasts, 20 minutes for more than a small liver all the while we stand and watch all employees gaggle and Josh about thier lives and television programs. This time we just became plain fed up.

I try to avoid posting bad reviews normally. But out of the 30+ times I’ve been here since it opened, the service is absolutely terrible! The women working here and I mean every single register employee that is female; absolutely ruin the experience for KFC. They have zero manners and just seem so miserable! I dread even going through the drive through when my children ask for KFC. KFC could take a few notes from the hiring managers for Chick Fil A. Do better KFC! Your chicken is finger licking good but your employees are miserable!

The staff was very friendly. Prices are high but no higher than anywhere else. I really haven’t had a good piece of chicken there since they opened. They have some kinks to work out. It’s better than when they first opened, but I haven’t gotten a fresh piece of chicken there yet. The old KFC will be hard to equal. It was the best KFC around when Jean and Les Anderson owned it. I am a huge KFC fan.

I had to be that person tonight…. I just drove nine hours and checked into my hotel and KFC was across the street. They closed at 10 PM and it was 930 ♀️

Went to get chicken but they had no chicken they stop making at 8:30 but they stay open till 10 I never heard a chicken place stop making chicken so if there not serving chicken at 830 they need to close at 8:30 not stay open till 10

I have had to park twice to ensure my chicken was fresh. Staff refused to serve if it looked old. I like Lees but no comparison to quality and quantity I receive at KFC and the price is less at KFC for the same order. The large livers are twice the size. They always give my pup a treat. I’m with KFC for life.
