Just went to kfc/taco bell and I had the rudest person wait on me. I ordered something from both menus so she gave me the kfc order quickly but while I was waiting for the taco bell order kfe employee yells out “what’s your problem”. I look at her while keeping my cool and said I was waiting on my taco bell order and she rudely said you wait over there for taco bell. I along with the person that was standing beside me was shocked and no apology from employee or anything. I won’t be visiting this location again.

Mid-afternoon on a Friday, summer time, very slow. We ordered TB menu. My wife had to actually show the counter person that yes, you do sell this item. Food was decent, several tables needed cleaning, as did the floors.

Drive-thru…… rude. Felt rushed while trying to give my order. Had my elderly mother with me and was told that the next time she asked for senior discount that SHE had to be in the driver seat or for her to come in to get the senior discount. I told them not to worry about it. I was then told that I would have to wait an extra 10 minutes for my extra sandwich I ordered. I said that was fine. Was asked to pull to the fence. After 10 minutes my order was brought to my vehicle. I found that I was missing a sandwich. When I went back in, I was told that I didn’t order the extra sandwich. THATS BECAUSE THE GIRL WHO TOOK MY ORDER RUSHED ME AND DIDNT HEAR ME!!! I asked for a receipt and no I was not charged for the extra sandwich. I believe it may have been the night shift mod who said that he would need to charge me if I wanted that extra sandwich. I didnt want to have to wait again so I declined. I asked for BBQ sauce twice and BBQ sauce was not in the bag. Had to go back in for BBQ sauce and a fork for Mac n cheese. This was not a pleasant experience. IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE BOTHERED BY PAYING CUSTOMERS THEN FIND ANOTHER JOB THAT DOESNT INVOLVE CUSTOMERS!!!

Bought 16 pc box of chicken. Only had 2 breast and 2 wings. Wings had no meat. Rest was small thighs and legs. Called back no answer. Today was told told they replace what you bring back. But can’t bring back what wasn’t in the bucket. Young girl was very polite. Other two women were rude.

If you visit the Paris, Ky. Location, CHECK YOUR ORDER. Every time I go ,I am shorted something usually the coleslaw. Today, i spent $58 and did not get the biscuits. Kids meal has 1 tender. Chicken pieces were tiny. Not planning on going back any time soon.
