A True Kentucky Fried Experience (with one minor suggestion!)
I absolutely loved my visit to this KFC location! As someone looking for the authentic Kentucky Fried Chicken experience while in Kentucky, this place totally delivered.
First and foremost, the food was outstanding. The flavor here is genuinely better than any other KFC I’ve visited elsewhere – it truly tastes like the real deal. I highly recommend their food! There were also lots of choices on the menu, which was great.
Beyond the delicious chicken, the overall atmosphere was very welcoming, and ordering was a breeze. We saw two staff members who were incredibly prompt in getting our order to us, which we really appreciated.
My only suggestion, and it’s a minor one, would be for better bathroom cleanliness. While everything else was fantastic, a little more attention there would make the experience truly perfect.
Despite that small point, this KFC is a must-try for anyone seeking a genuine and delicious Kentucky Fried Chicken meal. I’ll definitely be back!

Guy working the drive thru at 3:50pm on Sunday December 28 doesn’t know what he’s doing and he doesnt know how to communicate correctly. He is tall and dark skinned with an accent. I remember him when he worked at the kfc on Westport rd. At westport rd location, I got into an accident while n the drive thru. Someone hit me in the drive through after I gave him my card. He told me to move my car so he can serve other customers. God dont like ugly and that location was shut down within a matter of weeks.
He had the same ridiculous disposition today. I asked him what was the best way to order 4 chicken and 4 sides, he tells me to go online and check. He told me it would be best to order 6 pieces of chicken and 4 sides. I asked him the price and he saod he didnt know and to go online. RUDE! I will not return to this location and their chicken needs to be cooked longer.

It’s hard to rate the food. I stood and waited so long to order but the staff jut stood on the other side of the room and chatted away while three of us waited. After a long wait I finally just gave up and left as clearly those people were not concerned about their customers. This was all well after the noon rush time. I won’t patronize businesses that treat their paying customers so poorly.

The drive thru is the slowest drive thru ever. They literally take one car at a time from order to window. The lady taking the order sounds like shes had the worst day ever. She was very rude. They you have to pull around and wait in the parking lot another 15 minutes for your food. Worst experience eatting out

They messed up my order and forgot the other half after asking me twice what I wanted then once they fixed it they threw the meal together. and I had gotten no receipt, the lady at the drive through threw them away. along with that I had called and they had asked me to bring it up I live 24 mins away and was out for a vet appointment the manger didn’t say anything just let me talked and I said “well I don’t have a receipt” as she even asked if had one and I didn’t and so I ended the call. I was also told the “famous bowls” do not get filled up to the lid anymore not worth almost 7$

Asked for honey BBQ strips, received regular. Went in store to get it fixed, but then Lynette(manager) wanted to argue that I didnt say honey BBQ strips. I then said forget it & give me my $ back bc Lynette had already been rude in drive thru. Lynette never said hello & didnt say thank you. I asked her name bc her name tag was on her hat & UNDER the hoodie she had on her head. I worked there 21 years ago as a kid when it opened & there was 2 windows. I know what ordered. Lynette should be in the back, frying chicken, where no one can see her rude behind. Seriously, get this store back together!!!!
