So I was Door Dashing yesterday and ordered a chicken sandwich because I had to go to KFC for an order. When I get there I was told they never received my order. I must have ordered at a different store. I left to deliver my food and checked my phone and no it was this KFC. So after making my delivery, I went back. Guess what my sandwich was there. They tried to give it to me after it sat there for 30 minutes. I asked for my money back but they said I’d have to contact door dash, even though it was their mistake. So I had the manager remake the sandwich. I ended up getting a mayonnaise sandwich with attitude.

Excellent food and friendly staff! This is the best chicken and sides I have ever had from a KFC! Everyone was so very nice and the restaurant was clean inside and out including the bathrooms! The service here and the food really stood out as being great and deserves more stars if there were more available to give! They kept the drive thru running smoothly as we ate in the dining area. Very nice and this is now my main go to location! WOW! Wish all restaurants could be this accommodating to customers! What a refreshing pleasant experience! Will definitely be back and will recommend to my friends, family and coworkers! Love this location! Everything was perfect!

Ridiculous arrived at 8:30 pm to dining room doors locked. Went through the drive through and was told they are out of all chicken beside sandwich’s and bowls. So we ordered bowls. With 3 pieces of 6 hour old chicken. We asked for honey for biscuits. Pull away and what a surprise no honey in the bag. No wonder why all the kfc’s are shutting down. I will not visit another one.

If I could give this place a negative star review I most definitely would. My husband went through the drive thru this afternoon he asked for BBQ & Honey Mustard sauce. The lady working the drive thru said “can you give one of your BBQ sauces back?” Before letting him have honey mustard. The BBQ sauce was already in our car- so they’re not supposed to take it back anyways. We will NEVER be back & will be going to corporate over how RUDE this lady was. I will never recommend anyone to this KFC location off of La Grange rd in Louisville Ky- even if I was starving we will NEVER BE BACK. This isn’t the only time we’ve been here & it’s not the first time this location has been disgusting towards us. I hope this place gets shut down honestly. If you hate your job- get another job somewhere else. Simple.

Whoever owns this KFC needs to fire the entire crew that worked the night of 12/5. I’ve never dealt with a service employee that was as rude as the person taking orders was last night. One word replies, closed the drive thru window on me mid question. I’ve never seen someone so visibly hate their job which I get it’s KFC but Jesus just quit why stay that miserable.
To top it off we ordered honey bbq wings I guess they were out of original wings so they just made the executive decision to make 9 of the wings with spicy wings and the 3 original they must’ve had laying around for 5-6 days were tossed in as a consolation prize I guess.

I wish I could remember the name of, who seemed like the manager, amazingly nice woman & her efficient crew!!! Went in with my family on Thursday night 10/9/25 for a bucket & a couple Chicken bowls & they were all so efficient, professional & just down to earth nice people! NICEST KFC I’ve ever been in. Staff ok. Pretty dam good staff compared to most KFCs. Nice and neat. Clean. Food wasn’t disgusting and overloaded with grease. I appreciated that. The kitchen area was nice and clean. Staff didn’t act stupid or standoff-ish. Because of all this I will return. Many times most likely.

Lately KFC has not been good. I ordered online through the app and through fault of my own I accidentally ordered here instead of the Lagrange location. This is the Lagrange Rd location. I tried to call to cancel or transfer the order and they told me I couldn’t. After 30-60 minutes of confusion and trying to reach out to customer service I decided to cut my losses and stop giving KFC chances when it usually is old and not tasty. You’d think in Kentucky of all places that KFC would take pride and be a staple restaurant. I walked into the restaurant I thought I was ordering from and there was no one there for five minutes. I had to yell “hello? Anyone here?”

I would them worse if I could. We purchase a bucket of chicken last night that was so greasy that you couldn’t eat it and we threw it in the trash and called to complain. They took our name and were to replace it the next day.When we went to pick it upwe checked it before leaving and this time it had more grease than before. When we refused to take it and asked for a refu d we were told they don’t do that and we’d have to speak to the general manager, which we will do tomorrow. We werw told “That’s how we cook our chicken”. We have NEVER gotten chickenthis greasy before…. You could literally pour the grease out of the bucket! We will never eat at KFC again and will certainly share our experience to anyone who will listen. No wonder Chic-Filet beats them hands down
