Cold hard fries. Missing items from order. And given the wrong things. I ordered the honey bbq strips, was given regular strips. Ordered honey bbq chicken & was given crispy, spicy chicken. Biscuits were hard as hockey pucks. Service was seriously lacking. Most of what I originally wanted to order was unavailable at 8pm. (It doesn’t close until midnight)

Unfortunately this is the only KFC that I can order delivery from, and every time without fail the order is wrong. Missing items, or replaced, or even a KFC bowl without an ingredient despite nothing being substited in the order. I don’t like giving bad reviews, but honestly it’s ridiculous how the staff will not get an order right. The food itself is fine, when it does come. Very disappointing and frustrating.

I was picking up an order for Door Dash. First off the lobby was closed. I can live with that. So I had to go through the drive-thru to pick up the order. No problem. I get up to the window to collect the order and of course they want me to verify the pickup before I drive off. All standard stuff. To confirm, I have to take a picture of the receipt first then confirm that I am picking up the right order, then confirm the pickup. I am just being handed the food and getting ready to take the picture when one of the ladies working inside yells “just tell him to confirm and move on.” Ma’am, there is a process that I have to go through that just takes a few seconds. Majority of the time I have to make deliveries from this location the staff is typically rude. They ignore you, then act like it is an inconvenience to hand you a bag. I don’t pester them like some drivers do because I understand that sometimes they are busy so I patiently wait, but don’t have an attitude with me when I am being friendly with you.

Bad is the best description. I ordered at order terminals in the lobby. Customers were upset and arguing with staff about the wait. After 30 minutes I attempted to talk to a worker. They simply ignored me so I left. I attempted to call the following day three times and no answer. I called KFC customer support…. they said they could not get me a refund or vouchers because of the stores ownership. I think Colonel Sanders is rolling over in his grave at Cave Hill Cemetery. I called my bank to get the money refunded obviously since I did not receive my order. Unfortunate

Food was cold and nasty. The guy in the kitchen was in there eating the food and had no gloves on. The spicy chicken sandwich I ordered was literally a chicken tender in a bun. The staff was very rude! Do not recommend going here. I wasted $30 on food.
