We buy chicken here every week; until today, we’ve never had an issue. I contacted the manager to let her know that the chicken was overcooked, greasy, and tasted horrible; it was also dry.
Instead of addressing my concerns, she said she hadn’t received complaints from anyone else that day, as if my complaint wasn’t valid. She was extremely difficult to deal with and acted like it was beyond her ability and willingness to help me.
She hung up on me when I told her I didn’t want to argue. I called back and informed her that I would be complaining to her management, and she replied that I would be complaining to her because she was the manager, as if nothing would be done about her attitude.
She seriously lacks customer service skills, which must be dealt with.

I don’t want to say the person’s name because it’s irrelevant. The drive thru was closed tonight due to a software shut down. Which is fine, I didn’t mind to go in and order food. When I came in the lobby, I wasn’t greeted at all. The younger white girl with brown hair working the cash register drawer at 6pm was so rude. She didn’t greet us. Took our order. Proceeded to bag our stuff up and when going to help another customer pointed at my bag and said “yours”. I didn’t mind to go inside, I wasn’t rude in the drive thru when I was told I needed to, I was enjoying some extra time with my daughter.
The cash register girl desperately needs some training in customer service. Would not recommend this store during evening hours and will be contacting corporate with her name.

I would give this place a 0 but it only lets you 1 star. I ordered the 3 piece chicken tenders meal with mash potatoes and instead I received what looks like a failed cremation on a chicken. The tenders were overcooked to the point they were dry and rubbery and had so much salt on them that it burned my mouth. I couldn’t even eat them. I wasn’t given my sauce and I was given wedges not potatoes. Even those sucked! As I was standing there door dash orders were constantly being brought back and the phone was ringing off the hook. The so-called GM was there but that woman’s a joke. She was trying to run the counter and answer the phone and couldn’t so she took it off the hook. The owner and the district manager are just as worthless. SMH! This is the worst restaurant in Radcliff!

Tonight, I visited the KFC in Radcliff. I placed my 8 Piece original chicken bucket with sides order online for a 7:15 p.m. pickup, and when I got there, I was informed that there would be a 7 minute wait on my order as they were waiting on original chicken. I said that would be fine and waited for my order. When I got home with my KFC order I opened the bucket and looked for a chicken breast as that is what I like best from KFC, but discovered that I only had 1 chicken breast, 2 thighs 2 wings and 3 legs so I called the Radcliff restaurant to just let the Manager know that I was disappointed to have only received 1 chicken breast when my 8 piece bucket that I waited 7 additional minutes for should have had 2 chicken breast. Well the employee set the phone down, and no manager ever picked up the phone for over 30 minutes. I heard them talking in the background but no one picked up the phone that they knew someone was waiting While I was on hold waiting to speak to a Manager I went to the KFC app to see if I could file a complaint there and even the AI generated app called Guest Relations was unable to address my concerns as there were no available agents to help me So much for customer service or support KFC, Epic fail

KFC needs to shut down this location and let Popeye’s move in. You order through the app and still have to wait over 20 minutes! Horrible customer service, rude and lazy employees!! There’s never an apology because this is how they were apparently trained *** Don’t bother sending any feedback to KFC because it’s an automated reply and no one ever reads them. ***
UPDATE: I tried them a year later (a gluten for punishment I guess) and received the same lousy service. It still took 20 minutes after the app pickup time and the chicken doesn’t even look or taste worth the wait. Obviously KFC cannot get anything right, which explains their empty lobby.

Terrible experience at KFC.
I ordered through DoorDash a couple hours before closing and they flat-out refused to cook the food that was on special. The staff didn’t even try to explain it in a professional way—just said they “weren’t making that anymore tonight.” If the deal is advertised, it should still be available during business hours, period. Lazy and disappointing. If they don’t want to serve customers before closing, maybe they should close earlier. Won’t be back anytime soon.

Let me explain I got to KFC at 854pm ok they don’t close till 10 pm I was trying to order me the barbecue chicken yet they told me it’s going to take 15 or 18 mins to fix yet they didn’t want to their already closing up the store it’s not even 10 pm I wasn’t happy. When I try to leave they have already locked the door it’s not even close to closing time. Never come to KFC again very disappointed with how the service is.

Went to get the hot and spicy wings that ate back. Was not disappointed. They were absolutely delicious. Hope they keep them this time. Staff was very friendly restaurant looked clean from what I seen. Would definitely recommend for the wings. Not a huge kfc fan but these wings will definitely bring g me back.

I went here the last week of summer break with my 3 girls Bella, Mallory, and Hannah. They Always Like their chicken. I also went here with my husband Tyler. It was a fun experience. They Also Loved their macaroni, green beans, chicken nuggets, French Fries, and Mashed Potatoes with gravy. Their Coleslaw is Also Good Here. We Took The Food Home. It was lunch. What a Good Experience.
