We got a family meal yesterday. The mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw and biscuits were great…. the chicken however, was TERRIBLE! I have never had chicken so soggy and half done in my life. We got the original recipe but the skin was just falling out because it was so soggy and half done. KFC you need to do better! Yall chicken is already expensive so when people buy it it should be right. My family and I were very disappointed. The only reason I didn’t bring it back was because I wasn’t feeling well. IF I buy again I will go through the entire bucket before I leave the store

Entered the drive-thru at 11:45am. The line did not move for 15 minutes. Slowly, I eventually arrived at the speaker. I was told that a cup of water cost the same as a soda, “Water cost the same as a drink, do you just wan the drink?” Not everyone drinks soda! I opted for a bottle of water. Eventually I arrived at the payment window where I was told that they do not accept Amex. I paid with cash. After sitting at the presentation window, I was finally handed my scalding hot sandwich and a lukewarm bottle of water. It only took 40 minutes. These guys are taking the “fast” right out of “fast food.” I can afford the water, and I can take as long as I want for lunch, but that does not mean I want to make a career out of going through a KFC DT.

Picked up the Tuesday special, 8 pcs chicken (legs & thighs). Amazed how fresh tasting, not greasy, lightly battered it was. I usually don’t eat battered fried chicken. So decided to pick up a 2 pc several days later, which was ok, not as good.

Went yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. The chicken and fries were hot and very fresh. They even got the order right which I’ve learned is a rare thing around here. They were so close to being perfect… then we got down the road and realized they didn’t give us any spoons for the mashed potatoes. So we were trying to scoop it with bread and chicken legs what have you.

Its been a while but I was going every other week or so to grab a quick meal for my husband and myself. I wish I could remember to drive thru lady’s name because she was awesome. The food is good and hot. To get a five would be to fix the pavement going to the sign.

Mash potatoes which had a weird nasty cheesy flavor and an extra chicken leg which was missing most of the meat………YES! Missing most of the meat. I am a retired restaurant manager and taste tester. I would have NEVER allowed these items to be given to a customer. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!

Oh man, their buffet is so good. Its priced right and the staff is very kind too. They have a great selection and what was really good … they kept the chicken coming! They had a nice supply of both crispy and original – and I noticed they are really clean too..

This store did not look clean and the fountain drink smelt so bad. I use to work a fast food restaurant and the nozzle on the drink and tea machine should be taken off and throughly cleaned because that is what that area smelt like. I will not eat in this place again.

The girl at the register acted like a robot, “Can I take your order? Extra side for 1$? Largeer drink for 25 cents? Other than that she acted like a mindless robot. The people in the back would bring up orders but she wouldn’t tell when or who’s order was up, only the same, “Can I take your order?….” to the next customer. And then the chicken batter was soggy like it had been under a heat lamp for hours. Strongly do not recommend this place.
