We Had an amazing dinner at Burrata Italian Kitchen tonight! We went for the 20-layer lasagna, and it was absolutely perfect. The layers were cooked beautifully, the sauce was rich and flavorful, and every bite just came together perfectly. I’d absolutely recommend it!

We will be coming back for pizza next week

Great experience here! Friendly staff, great food and portions!

We dined in, but it’s mostly carry out. Cold in the sitting area this winter but the curly haired counter staff offered to turn up the heat if we wanted [we didn’t mind either way].

Food was served quickly and it was pipin’ hot! Husband ordered the Italian Wedgie and I ordered lasagna with meat sauce and the best damn cheesy bread in Canton! First time customers, certainly to return!

Used Burrata the week before Christmas for three separate holiday catering pick ups that included lasagna, speciality pizzas, salad and bread. Each day the staff greeted us in a friendly manner and was very appreciate for using them. The food was plentiful, piping hot and so tasty. I had rave reviews from everyone who ate the food. Will definitely use them for future events. Fair price and value and mmmmm so good!

I will start this off with we have followed Frank where ever he goes too cook for years now. I had seen he posted that he was opening this place a while ago but we now live about 40 min from there. tonight we just so happened to be down that way got carry out and took it home to eat like I said 40 min away. they packaged it great and no reheating needed. THIS WAS THE BEST CARRYOUT EVER!! Everything was above and beyond what I expected. I think I counted 6 layers on my lasagna! bread homemade! amazing! We got the spicy Hawaiian pizza. Bomb! salads were fresh with freshly grated cheese if your even considering it… worth every penny! I’ll be back.

Burrata Italian Kitchen deserves its own standing ovation, and Chef Frank should absolutely be wearing a cape. The chicken Marsala is next-level—tender, juicy, and bathed in a rich, velvety mushroom sauce that tastes like it simmered under the watchful eye of every Italian ancestor ever. It’s the kind of dish that makes you pause mid-bite just to nod respectfully.

And the chicken piccata? Pure brilliance. Bright, buttery, perfectly lemony with those punchy capers doing their thing—and then Chef Frank casually adds shaved Brussels sprouts like it’s no big deal. Except it is a big deal. That fresh, slightly crisp, savory touch takes the whole dish from “wow” to “how is this even legal?” It adds texture, balance, and just the right earthy note to make every bite feel intentional and elevated.

Chef Frank isn’t just cooking—he’s flexing. And we are all better for it. Bellissimo doesn’t even begin to cover it.

So, I’m from NWI, aka, the greater Chicago area. I’m a pizza snob. I’ve lived in OH for 20 years and Ytown has some of the best pizza around. I’ve found quite a few gems here in Canton and Akron. When my boss heard me talking about the Italian beef sandwich(signature Chicago sandwich), to a coworker, he said, Try Burratas, they have them. I got so excited. I make them at home but it’s a process and since Giordanos closed, nowhere else sells them. So, I called my husband to meet me at Burratas for an Italian beef and pizza. We arrived and it’s a weird parking lot but that’s typical of the small businesses on Tusc. There are 2 tables on the patio, a small round table right in front of the counter, and a table that seats four that takes up almost all the free space they have. I would say it’s more of a take-out place. We ordered a small pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms and the Italian Beef sandwich. The pizza and drink prices are a little high. It was $3 a topping. The 2-topping small pizza was $18. The sandwich was reasonably priced at $11. Then my husband got a bottled Modelo which was $5! They only have canned pop so I got a Pepsi for $1.75. She said we could sit outside and come back in about 15 minutes to grab our food. I asked my husband to grab me a glass of ice for my pop. When my husband went back in to get the food, she informed us they don’t have ice but could give me a chilled glass, and she would bring the food out because it wasn’t ready yet. It took closer to 45 minutes for the food. Finally, he brought the food out. I took one look at the “Italian Beef” and knew it wasn’t authentic. It was ok but not a real Italian beef. No giardinera peppers or even banana peppers, the “Au Jus” was typical Ohio style, beef broth. The pizza was good but for $18 I’ll pass. Also, as soon as the food came, gnats swarmed us. Very hard to enjoy anything while swatting at bugs the entire time. Not sure we will be back.

Sima is a bright smiling face who is beyond kind and hospitable, she made me feel like a part of the family right away.

I got the Italian Beef with peppers and onions, and it was out of this world. Frank gave me some insight on how he makes it, you can taste the love/care that goes into it.

Cant wait to come back and try the pizza next. Highly recommend this gem of a place!

I ordered the Thanksgiving dinner for 4 – 6 people. It was AMAZING! Every single item re-heated beautifully and was so delicious. So much outstanding food for such a reasonable price. I could never have made a Thanksgiving meal this good, and I won’t even bother trying again. This was the most relaxed and enjoyable holiday we have ever had. Can’t wait to order Christmas dinner. A big THANK YOU to Chef Frank and the team.

We went to this restaurant on a very busy day. Despite the dinner crowd we were seated quickly promptly. The server greeted us with the usual niceties after a short wait to take our drink orders. Being busy there was a slower than expected getting served. The food arrived at our table pipping hot which is something I look for this in my overall dining experience.

If you’re looking for that special place with especially hot food with great taste, and a nice selection of pizza, sandwiches, and entrees, this may be your place.
