This place was dirty. Food crumbs, lids and things all over in the food area. Person making food had no gloves, then put on one glove.. Sweet tea all over the counter and floor at the counter. Sweet tea was empty, when I asked for sweet tea at 6:00 pm, I was told they’re out. Lobby… every table had food crumbs on the tables and chairs. One little girl who was also working drive through, was sweet but the others were just rude. Bathrooms were not clean, no paper towels, nothing to dry hands. Paper towel dispenser was on the floor. Dirt on floor. We were just traveling through and I’m glad I will never stop there again. The food was decent. Biscuits seemed small and chicken tenders were greasy. I wish i had taken pictures. A disgrace to KFC for sure!

I came here today to specifically order a chicken pot pie which I got and it was delicious. What made me leave the two stars is that I came in through the drive-thru and it smelt like Sanderson farms in Collins are straight-up roadkill at the drive thru window. If I would have been thinking fast enough, I would have placed my order and they would have never took the money out of my hands. Please get your employees to spray your drive-thru down for today. I know they smelled that mess.

Shitty service very rude and just no personality towards people who have choices in where they want to eat and the person who is already there ovisily works for the restaurant to be honest with you people who choose to work in fast food for income should probably like to serve every one of the customers that have choose to come in the restaurant where u work as an employee so if u work in a public invirment of food service for the public to come eat dining out is a luxury as we all know so if u don’t have the ability to be a friendly person talk to people with a good aditude u can get all farther in your employment working for the public u should be able to handle the public invirment with some kind of smile on ur face when you are serving people equalism is reality is that we are all equal I could have been there trying to see how you treat people sent by??????

Preferred through the D/T and had to go back in because sauce was missing. The employees were completely unfriendly and made me feel like a bother, even though Ijust stood quietly and waited since it’s clear they’re understaffed. It smells like 17 year old grease. The nuggets and tenders were so overcooked, old, and dry that they could not be easily bitten into. I’ve had better chicken from a gas station at 3am.
