Pathetic. I have been here 3 times in 3 weeks and there is always an issue. Out of tenders, out of chicken. How the hell if KFC out of chicken. Incompetent staff. They told me to park and wait for my order to be brought out today where I waited for 20 minutes before I went in to get it myself. Do not come here.

It’s kind of a toss up between 3 stars and 4. Even tho the food was good as was the service as far as the drive thru goes. But the issue there was availability . And I am only thinking of the last 2 times i was there. I always have to have the family meal. So first I had to get half original and half krispy and still had to pull forward and wait. And this time I had to pull forward and wait for fries. And they only have 4 sides to choose from .

Ordered online. Got there to pick up order and it wasn’t ready. Had to wait almost an hour. While people that were behind me got theirs and left. What’s the use of having online ordering if your food is going to be an hour over the time you were given.
