Stopped in to pick up dinner for parents, THESE EMPLOYEES ARE HORRIBLE❗️
Extremely lazy and unnecessarily rude. They directed everyone in the drive thru to come inside then made everyone wait 20-30 minutes before anyone even came out to take an order. They obviously were irritated because they had to come in to work and it showed with their non-service. The owner of this place would be just as well off to shut it down.

The KFC in Pontotoc Mississippi is a poor excuse for a restaurant. The service is horrific…. The employee wouldn’t take orders in the drive thru. She made everyone park and go inside for service. Once inside, it took 20 minutes to place the order. Once our order was placed, we had to wait another 45 minutes before receiving the order. The staff was very incompetent and the service was awful. Corporate needs to make a trip to Pontotoc and get this establishment whipped into shape.

I am very disappointed in this fast food restaurant. I used to love coming here to get a chicken pot pie. Here recently when I have been they do not have a one or told me I had to wait 20 minutes on one at supper time. The customer service at the window was very rude and acted as if they did not want me there. I understand that everyone has bad days but every time I come there is not acceptable.
However the young man that brought out my food was very kind not sure what his job is there but he is how customer service should be.

Hey Ya’ll!! We are en route to Panama City Beach for my 50th birthday and going to the bike rally and the beach!! I’m so excited!! So we stopped for lunch here. The establishment is very clean, the staff is friendly and the bathroom facilities are clean as well. Prices are fair, and the food was piping hot as well as delicious. I ordered a pot pie and it was so good! I will definitely go back here when we come back through again.

I’ll always love KFC food, but Pontotoc MS have laziest employees on planet. Call in food, they give you an expected time and still wait that much longer once you arrive. Definitely not fast food restaurant, call in and still wait over 30 minutes

I was told to wait 25 minutes on chicken but obviously I wasn’t waiting on chicken because it was cold, dry and taste old. This place is going back down hill again. This was my last ride with this place I’ll drive to Tupelo before I go back there. DONT SERVE PEOPLE FOOD YOU WOULD NOT EAT!!!

One the most unorganized and understaffed restaurant in Pontotoc,Ms! Never seen a chicken place that never has chicken cooked at the busiest time of the day. Called first, tried to go thru the drive thru, after waiting in line for prob 10 minutes to finally get to the speaker when was told I would have to come inside and order cause she had to bag orders. I go inside and wait behind 2 other customers had had a disgusted look on their face . 1 said she had put hers in online and had been waiting for 20 minutes after her eta of her order. I finally get to the register and they tell me it would be 20 more minutes on chicken. Every time I go this is the quality of service I receive! Won’t be back. No wonder so many fast food restaurants are closing.

10/10 this is the best KFC I’ve ever been to now! I went inside and everything was awesome. From the service, clean atmosphere, and fresh hot food. This is the best that this place has been in a very long time and I’m so glad that we decided to come here to give it another chance. Keep it up, we will be back!
