Went in today and ordered a chicken pot pie combo. The pot pie was completely dried out in the middle. It was obvious that it had been sitting for awhile. They should be ashamed for selling this to anybody!

I went to KFC on 03/01/25 and place an order for 12 original and wanted 6 wings and 6 legs. I was told I couldn’t do that and I can take my money somewhere else. Given any other day I haven’t had problem with getting my order as requested. Lately every time I go there they are always out of something and they refuses to cook more chicken yet they can play around on company time. Since I can take my money somewhere else as told by employee I will do exactly that for now on.

I went to kfc 08/11/24 Indianola MS at 12:30 lunch time and I asked for a 3 piece spicy chicken wings!!! They said they don’t have them. Well this is a on going issue because they never have spicy chicken wings when I go there I do mean never like have the spicy chicken wings been discontinued or taken off the menu at this location only because they never have any spicy chicken wings ever no matter what time I go there. And seeing all these complaints they district and regional manager couldn’t possibly care about what us paying customers have to say because nothing is being done about it. So I had to change my whole order get some crispy chicken it was not fresh during lunch hr got some taco bell was not good either girl taking the order was rude. Just nasty for no reason I spent $30 bucks on trash food and bad service and I won’t be coming back ever.

Today 15 Apr 2024 apx 1:45pm at the Indianola MS location. The female worker at the front counter nasty bad attitude, very poor customer service. Asked for supervisors to make him aware of the situation. He has the same nasty reaction. So I just asked for my money back. Why spend my dollars at this place with bad customer service when I can go elsewhere.
