We had to wait 45 minutes to get our food because the lady at the counter had NO idea what she was doing and the manager wasn’t really up for helping her. Once the girl at the counter messed up our order about 3 times the manager finally came up to help her and it was still wrong. We got drinks they had absolutely no carbonation. The manager had to call me back up to the counter to figure out what we had ordered just to make our meals. Once I got up there and told her the meals were wrong on the receipt and that there was no carbonation she fixed the meals but not the soda machine. After handing me my bag of food and having to ask for forks 3 times before getting one I don’t think I’ll be eating there again.

Any time we go, they never have any chicken ready, is this not a chicken place? As we waited for our food my son went up and ordered 5 nuggets, they charged him $14.00 , when I found this out I went up and asked why 5 nuggets was so much and they said he didn’t order nuggets, he ordered chicken tenders, but was given nuggets nothing else no drink no fries just the nuggets. The lady said she would get the manager to reimburse me but we never seen him/her. So ….. I will not go back.

Order online come two store two pick up two employees in parking lot smoking go inside I’m told that my 8 piece meal I ordered they only have original breast I asked are you cooking they said yeah we are gonna start now will be 20 min wow I’ve had similar experiences. This store before management calls me but nothing ever changes. If this is how you’re going to be they should close this location 830 and you can’t you don’t have chicken ready to sell and you’re open till 10 last time I went across the street to your competitor Popeyes and they had a full range of chicken. I wish I didn’t like your chicken so much. Maybe you should start with an overhaul of your employees and put some employees coming outside smoking sitting in the restaurant mopping the floors but you’re not ready to sell customers product. I think management is your biggest problem here.
