I decided to give them a try even though reviews are not great. I ordered 16 bone in wings through uber eats. They sent 10 boneless wings. I called them the # was in Texas and couldn’t be used for messages. So I called Chili’s and was told it’s not their problem I needed to call the delivery service. What does the delivery service have to do with a wrong order? This place is 100% a stupid gimmick. There is absolutely no recourse for their screw ups for online orders and they know it. First order/last order! This place is absolute crap!!!

Decided to try it out finally as a big fan of wings. Ordered in for dinner. Wife got boneless apple bbq and I got the spicy pineapple teriyaki (pictured). No regrets here. Very tasty and ample amount of food for the price. 11 bucks for all that plus drink ain’t bad at all.
Definitely gonna be getting them again. I gotta get me some of those pecan smoked bone-in and try that hot Cajun rub.

I will start off by apologizing as I normally do not leave bad reviews, I put in an order for just wings and it said it would be done at 9:29, we waited until 10:50, this I understood, I know sometimes it’s busy so no problem there. My issue is when I called to check on the order. I was parked in the togo spot by the window where the person by the phone was. I call and watch as the young lady by the phone picks it up, does not say a thing, no hello even, hangs up on me, then continues to eat something while on her personal phone. I will also mention the whole time we were waiting she was also eating and on her personal phone. This was around 10:50pm on 09/12/25.

I honestly can’t get enough of they’re Garlic Parm boneless chicken. Perfect level of mild and delicious flavor and chicken. I would give more than 5 stars if I could, and I have nothing bad to say. The food is just that good it takes the words out of my mouth!!!!

Negative reviews are giving this place a bad rap. I knew it was a part of chili’s for the first time when I ordered today. $10 for bone in or out, choice of sauce, and curly fries was a great deal. Ordered 4 different kinds. Each came with a side of ranch. Fries could have been crisper but they also soaked up some of the wing sauce which was delicious. Food was well seasoned. If you are cautious about wing doneness, ask for them well done. All of ours were fine. Would recommend for a quick wing option.

My order was incorrect. I ordered a wing combo with 8 Nashville Hot and 8 Lemon Pepper. They didn’t give me Lemon Pepper. It was garlic sauce all over the place when it’s supposed to be lemon sauce…and I didn’t get my fries. I called and asked to speak with a manager and after 7 minutes on hold, they picked up and disconnected. Worst service I have ever had.

Not sure what the bad reviews are about. Food was fantastic, all the wings and sauces are delicious. The only reason why I gave 4 stars was because the fries were a little soggy, next time I’d ask to box them separately from the wings to help them from getting soggy.
Otherwise I’d order again.

No wonder you have such garbage rating. Tried ordering online, it wouldn’t go through. I called to place an order over the phone. They tell me I have to order online. I tell them it won’t go through. They tell me to order online again. I hope you fix this as of now you’re just a joke.
A little update on this. I went to Chili’s where It’s Just Wings “operates” out of to see if I could order in person. They told me no it has to be online. I told them it wouldn’t let me. Of course when I went to show him it of course went through. Now because I drove here to try to order in person I’ll have to wait another 25 minutes. I wouldn’t have even bothered but was on my way home. Still a joke. It’s Just Wings is a non-existent existing restaurant. They don’t actually have a store or employees they just pay Chili’s to do the work to make their Wings. Hopefully the Wings are good. Maybe I can bump up the rating a little.
Sorry my final word on this. I did add a star. The Wings are actually pretty not the absolute best but I can probably squeeze into my top 10. However I was shorted 2 Wings. Also when you go into the store you can’t pay them directly with cash only card online.

I’m not a fan of trying new places but I wanted some good wings then I found this place…… Let me tell you from the lemon pepper dry rub to the Honey Sriracha all the down to the ranch it comes with. I will promise you won’t regret. The smoke pecan wings are absolutely amazing and the deep fried Oreos are to die for!!! Not only were the wings above my expectations but I will definitely will be going back because of the unbelievable pricing they have and the quality of the food! If I could get them 10 Stars I would!

I have never had an issue with Its Just Wings. They are THE best wings I have tried. Plus, their food is always hot and their fries nice and crisp. The price is cheap for what you get and again, the fries are DELICIOUS. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my wings
