I came through the drive through on February 5, and purchased the family meal, $26. The chicken was not hot, and tasted like the grease was old. I called the store and the manager said he wasn’t there so he didn’t know, we ate a few pieces, but it tasted and the quality was like I’ve never had. The manager said he could recook me some, but at 5:30 in the evening,after work, I shouldn’t be expected to get back out!! I ask could I come back the next day and he said he had to be there.

Read the reviews for this KFC BEFORE you make a purchase. It took 20 minutes to get our order when we were THE ONLY CUSTOMERS in the restaurant. Employee said they had to “drop” more tenders and it would be 2 minutes. 20 minutes later, we received cold, dried out tenders. Waiting for fresh tenders was obviously a lie. We ate 2 tenders and threw the rest away. This place should be closed based on all the negative reviews.

KFC employee came to dinning area while on his lunch break. Sets down and places his phone on speaker and begins to listen to very vulgar content. It was loaded with f bombs and content speaking of female parts and performing with a female sexually. I was by myself. However, two other elderly ladies were there trying to enjoy their lunch. Very embarrassing.

Everytime I come here either it takes forever that I wait for 30 min and have to leave or they don’t have chicken ready and it’s going to take 30 min like it’s a chicken spot how are yall not have chicken ready to go I will def will not recommend this place unless you want to wait forever for your food and the food ain’t even fresh

The food wasn’t good at all. The chicken looked really weird and had a gray spot on a piece. They are supposed to be popcorn chicken. The mashed potatoes and macaroni looked like they’d been sitting out for awhile like they were old. I wouldn’t recommend this KFC unfortunately and I definitely won’t be back.

The worst KFC I’ve ever seen. It’s 3pm afternoon Not busy time but It took me so long for an order. There are 3 employees working without hurrying, then a young lady just looks at me and points to another lady who will take my order. When I come in, there is no one driving through but It got me waited for two employees taking another one drive through orders. I feel like they ignore me that made me so upset. Besides that, a few customers were waiting for getting their right food because someone made a mistake on their orders. I can’t stand their behavior, bad service I better get out of there and straight to Popeyes. Seems like they don’t care about their business, I never go there again.
