Y’all should definitely let the lady at the drive thru go. Very rude and rushy. Didn’t ask if I needed any condiments. Didn’t give me a fork all though I ordered a 3 piece box with 2 sides. I’ve worked in fast food before. This chicken black as a boot meaning they re dropped it but it’s mushy under the skin. Make it make sense. I didn’t have enough time to turn around because I’m on my lunch break. If she doesn’t want the job she should just quit instead of showing up to give consumers anything and have a bad attitude.

The restaurant looked fine. The employees were nice, other than the fact that they had trouble figuring out how to correctly ring up the order. My family went for dinner here, and we ordered famous bowl combos. The employee looks at my mother and says do you want it without the drink? She says no we want the combo with the drink. We got 4 large drinks for the price of mediums because they couldn’t find lids for the medium cups, and when we looked at the receipt it said 4 combos, 3 without drinks. When we got back home we got the food out of the bag, and the bowls were only 3/4 full. While they tasted good, we expected a full bowl for our money like other locations sell.

I was not satisfied with my purchase today at the Cordova,TN Germantown Parkway location. James refused to give me ranch because I didn’t buy nuggets or strips and charged 0.54 cents. Also no honey or hot sauce in the bag. Good thing I keep some in my refrigerator. Why are they charging for things that should be free? Ketchup, ranch, and honey is not a charge on the menu. I guess they trying to make money off KFC on the side. Corporate should know about this.

Absolutely horrible service! Can’t put a lid on the top of any type of cup to save their lives! On one occasion, I ended up having all of my drinks spill all over my car because none of tops were properly placed and secured. They forget to place properly requested and purchased sauces with my order! I had to suffer through a meal with dry chicken tenders with no hot Buffalo sauce. On tonight’s order, I still had the second occurrence of having splash mountain, made up of cold Pepsi, cover me! Lord Bless them!

The young lady that ran the drive-thru was terrible. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day, or what, but she had a very bad attitude, and I could barely understand a word she said. I have to ask her to repeat herself several time. I also did not want spicy chicken, yet that’s what I received. I ordered an 8 piece family meat and only received 6 pieces. I ended up going a gross the street to Popeyes, and realized very quickly that I should have went there first. I will never go to KFC again. It’s really sad, I used to love KFC.

This is by far my worst experience. I come to pickup a Ubereats order, I’m in the lobby for 3 or 4 minutes there is noone on the front counter. I had to ask is the front counter open, a manager sitting down in the office finally acknowledges me, she informed the employee there is a customer, the employee responded I’m working on an order, so the manager came out the office asking her employee’s about the Uber order, in which has not even been started. I wasn’t comfortable at this point because they showed me they wasn’t concerned about the Uber order. The female employee that was suppose to be on front counter attitude was AWFUL. This order has 5 drinks, now the employee tells me she don’t have any drink holders. The employee NEVER apologized for anything, she acted if this was normal. Therefore, I refuse to accept orders from this location as a food delivery driver. I will reach out to corporate because this is the worst I’ve EVER seen. This is the KFC in Cordova, G’town pkwy.

It’s really clear why there’s always a line at the Popeyes across the street and never at this KFC. Every time I go here there’s something wrong with my order. Wrong sides, wrong food, mixed up orders. Today I got an 8 piece mixed bucket instead of 8 tenders which is a pretty impressive mix up considering they don’t sound similar at all. At least the food I get that’s wrong doesn’t taste that bad, so I can still eat it. Maybe I’ll just go there and tell them to give me whatever they want since it feels like that’s what happens anyways.
