I went to this KFC last night expecting to make a quick stop to get some chicken. After waiting a few minutes at the drive through, and after I began to wonder if they were closed, I was finally asked if I was ready to order. After placing my order I was told I could only pay in cash because their credit card machine was down. Ended up wasting almost 10 minutes of my life not getting KFC

The service was terrible. Employees attitudes awful. The food was poor quality. Didn’t receive everything I ordered. Drinks were completely watered down. Food was ice cold, and it was obvious the grease was not fresh. When I called to complain the person on the other end hung up in my face, then no one answered when I called back. I spent almost $35 on food that was inedible and missing items. Just a terrible over all experience. I definitely won’t recommend to anyone else in the future.

So this location used to be the best kfc around with in the 70 mile radius, so I ordered a 8piece meal, biscuit so hard, a dog would choke on them , put them where they belong in the garbage,old chicken not fit for human consumption, even the tenders were less than can be desired, so they have a 97 score, but their food deserves less than a 5 score, would you feed this slop to your family, I think not, I’m done with these sorry restaurants!

This is an awesome store as a truck driver. Food quality is always good when I stop here and take my 10-hour break for the night when I occasionally go to memphis. Employees are always friendly and the store is usually clean. Bathrooms are clean as well. Thank you for having a place where truck drivers can take a 10-hour break and get food!

I just got a 3 piece tenders box. They forgot the biscuit. The 3 tenders were the size of my thumb. And tasted like they had been there a while. No taste and the mashed potatoes and gravy was tasteless. They all hid in the back. No thank you. No personality at all. I’ll never come back.

This location turned out to be a total disappointment. I ordered a 4pc All white chicken with Cole slaw and Mac and cheese with a biscuit. The sides and the biscuit was about the only thing that was edible. The chicken was dark and greasy, the breading was dark and greasy and tasted bad. I wish it was possible to give negative stars. Due to the girl not listening I ended up with a mixed box of chicken but it didn’t matter due to the chicken not being edible.

Terrible attention. An African-American woman took care of us in a bad way and gave us food in a box to take away, I asked her for hot sauce, she said that when she gave me the food and she didn’t give it to me. Then he was arranging chairs, throwing them. Bad energy. Maybe racist.

Food is hot, fresh and delicious. One of the cleanest KFCs I have ever seen. Friendly employees. Definitely stop here if you are looking for the best KFC chicken.
