***HORRIBLE*** I miss the days when Domino’s had a 30 minute delivery guarantee. I live 3 minutes from this location and ordered delivery. The APP/tracker said delivery is 40. 40 minutes for less than a mile?!?! 40 minutes came and the APP changed ETA and added another 20 minutes!! I called to make sure food was even coming and the guy said the driver is 3 minutes away. I asked if my food was still going to be good and hot since it had been 1 hour since my food left the store? He said yes, it will be hot and fresh. I said, how will it be fresh when it’s an hour old?!?! He didn’t know what to say so I hung up. Jeffery finally got here and didn’t even say hi, hello or, sorry for the delay. The food was only warm! The cheese wasn’t melted anymore!! I had to reheat in the oven!! It’s sucks that you have no choice on which location delivers to you. This location sucks and I won’t be ordering again! I ordered on 1/8/24 at 6:45pm and food was delivered at 8:15pm.

Ordered about 8 pizza’s and not only were they ordered and paid for hours in advance, but they chose to not start working on them until I got there to pick them up. I have done orders in this same locations that were just as big if not bigger and it was never a problem until this time.

They just can’t seem to get the order right. Last time I ordered a half with bacon and sausage on one side and they put it on both so my wife didn’t eat it. This time I asked for no Alfredo sauce on the tater tots but they put it on anyway. It’s really frustrating!

Giving two stars because everything but the loaded tots were ok, they are very skimpy with the garlic sauce at this location and at the Bellview location they added a very good amount of sauce, the picture with lots of sauce was from a different location no instructions to add extra either

Specifically ordered my pizza with a well done cook because it was a pan pizza with extra cheese. The unmelted cheese on top of the pizza should’ve been the first clue that it had not achieved a well done cook. Underneath the uncooked cheese was gooey, uncooked dough. To top it off, the pizza wasn’t cut all the way through so pieces wouldn’t separate. Not too big of a deal with that because once I pulled a chunk out and found out it was still half raw, it went into the trash because it was inedible. Not really a fan of throwing money away like that. Also not a fan of raw pizza.
