Stopped by there for hot wings. First told me they don’t have those then got manager to verify they do have them. Took 25 minutes to get them…to go. Said they don’t have 20 piece even though I bought 20 piece there 2 days ago so sold me a 12 piece instead. But only gave me 11 pieces. And they are the tiniest wings I’ve ever seen! See the photo! The flavor is good but that’s the only reason for even 1 star. All for $14.26 and no concession for the 25 minute wait. Eating at home will become the norm again soon and these corporations will wonder why they went broke

I’m not out this way often, and I don’t usually review a place based off of one visit. Because it could have been a good day or they could have had a bad day. I’ve been to this location multiple times now. I have consistently had great service. Kind and polite employees. The food has been hot and fresh every time. I’m a pretty picky eater so I order a particular way, and my order has been correct every time. I’ve not seen this place dirty. They seem to keep it up pretty well. I wish all my restaurant experiences were this good consistently. Keep up the good work. It’s starting to become a rare find these days. Also a side note. I drive a tractor trailer and I have plenty of parking

Ordered food online. Took 1 hour and 15 mins to get to our family when it was supposed to be 1/2 hour. Contacted the manager Brian at one hour of waiting and was told they were down to 2 fryers and he couldn’t cook our tenders yet and when I asked if people in the drive thru were waiting an hour for there order, I was met with excuses and no real accountability.
Then we finally got our food…it was terrible. The 12pc chicken was old obviously while waiting for the tenders to cook (“due to the down fryer”). We had original pieces intermingled when we ordered all extra crispy. The kicker, The tenders were dry after waiting all that time on those. Just a bad experience overall and unfortunately not the first time here. No more ordering for here for us.

Unfortunately this location has had staffing issues for some time. I thought I would try it again but it wasn’t any better. I hope they are able to fix them as the wait times in the drive thru is very long. I had to finally just leave without any food this evening and go to Burger King next door which only took 5 minutes. It was a much better experience than the 30 minutes I wasted

The last few times I ordered here they are either out of the drinks I order or out of certain pieces of chicken. The last time I ordered at this location I ordered wedges without the cheese sauce and all I got was a small order of wedges for 8.99! What a rip off! I’ll never order from this KFC again and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

The employees are just standing around confused and I’ve been sitting in line for 15 minutes now and they just pulled me up no one inside and the drive through is full behind me the Manager is just standing there with them like none of them know what to do. Definitely not worth coming to. Piney Flats KFC they just came out with the completely wrong order after another 7 minutes and now they just told me another 5 minutes

KFC is a chicken restaurant. right? So I went to get chicken for supper, they have no chicken only pot pies tonight for some reason. Thank goodness Bojangles is on ½ mile away. Guess they will get a lot of KFC customers tonight. Lol

Just got back to work after picking up KFC on my lunch break. Took a sip of root beer, then noticed some strange dark spots lining the inside of the cup. Took off the lid and found no less than 4 dead bugs stuck to the inside of the cup at the top. No telling how many more of them are floating in the remaining 95% of the drink. There is also no way this happened after I left, since the lid was sealed until I pierced it with my straw after returning to work. The food here is usually awesome, but I’m not sure I’ll ever go back after this. Absolutely disgusting.

I ordered online. 12 pieces instead family meal and a 8 piece tender that was free. I got there they didn’t have it ready,even though the app said it was ready. Then they realized that it was on the shelf but wasn’t marked. Got home and I only got 6 pieces. So went back and they redone everything. Thank you for that. Then the little girl there has to be rude. Not cool. The manager wouldn’t come out. Never will you ever get my business again in Piney Flats TN

I don’t normally complain, but my biscuits were so hard and stale and i requested Extra crispy only to receive original. To say the least i was very disappointed with my dinner. It will be quite a while before i come back.
