Seriously disappointed! Quality has gone down drastically in the last few months. We went last night through the drive thru there was 1 car ahead of us. No one inside the restaurant. We were told 20 minutes for fresh chicken. We waited 1 hour for our food. The batter on the chicken was caked on and not crispy We requested the extra crispy chicken. We got 2 large fries as sides they were cold and all bunched up together. Called and was told they were extremely busy which I can understand but we could have at least got good food after waiting all that time.

I ordered on line a 2 pc white extra crispy. What I got was a cold extra crispy wing and an original breast. If the chicken was cold and they didn’t have the extra crispy, they should have informed the customer. When I called them, the lady on the phone had an attitude and was very rude. This seems to be on going issue with this location getting orders wrong

Old food and horrible service. 40 minutes to make 2 chicken sandwiches. I was waiting inside so I was able to observe. The sandwiches weren’t fresh despite the wait. I watched them remove them from a warmer which did not receive any fresh product while I was waiting. Then they ran out of buns and replaced one sandwich with 2 chicken littles (unacceptable, but had no choice). The hot bar at Walmart serves better chicken with better service. Hopefully this place closes soon. I won’t be returning.

Went through the drive thru. Got the meal I alway get. 3 piece tender and side of gravy and a small drink full of ice. So most ice and very little drink. Normally for past 3 weeks everyday my total is 9.31. The lady rudely told me it would be a 5 minute wait and I said it walks by done and then sage said my total. $10 something. Which I thought was weird. So I ask about it and they said it was a price increase. So I left it at that. I got my food and left it at that. I couldn’t eat driving home as might guess due to the fact I dip my tenders in the gravy. I had a 20 min drive home and this is what tenders they put in my box ( see pic). Then when I called about it to the manager when I got home she was rude. I ask about the price difference first. said I was to ask for it in meal form and I said I always order it this way and the price of $9.31 and and
I told her I mentioned it to the girl at the window and she told me they had just had a price increase. Which I didn’t see it on the board where you order a price increase. So I knew that was a lie. How can it be one price when you tell them you have been paying for it this way and they say oh you have to say the meal and you say well they do it for me and they I explained to the manager she told me it was a price increase (but yet no price change on the board) and the manager then said oh well we have. Which is it???? And this my friends is what they give me and waited 4 minutes on. Drove 20 minutes home couldn’t wait to eat!!!!!!

Payed 40-50$ for a few meals waited for 45 minutes and got one tiny dot of sauce on my “spicy chicken sandwich” if you could even call it that. I mean I wish I could post a picture. They kept giving my food out to others in the store and drive through. Food was not fresh at all when I got it fries were only filled halfway. I will not be going back here and I would highly suggest others don’t either. This place is a complete joke the staff does not do their job.

LOOK AT THE PICTURES. This shows TIÑY WING. It also shows a normal wing. Kentucky Fried Chicken also slipped a TINY THIGH in too.

These are hidden in the take home bucket. Seriously, in-dining restaurant would have immediately alerted you to this very concerning behavior.
You are STRONGLY ADVISED to ask for a plate, remove the chicken and place the pieces on the plate. Doing so will allow you to correct the behavior and avoid unwarranted stress at home.

The manager Britney is awesome!! The food is always hot and always very yummy!! They go out of their way to make sure my husband and I have the best experience eating at KFC!!!

I hate to post because it was awfully messy but to be honest these employees were short handed and yet they worked their butts off trying to keep up. That’s dedication. The CEO’S of a lot of these companies don’t actually see what goes on. Most see $. So thank you to the hard workers who were busting their butts off to keep up with the demand.
