Portion size… I normally go in to get my food, this time I doordashed to my work… BIG disappointment. They always load it up in person, but leave you with nothing if you doordash. Stop doing this.

We went in to have a take-out order. The staff was very friendly and fast and we took the food home and it was very good exactly as we ordered. I have no complaints about Chipotle, they give good portion sizes, friendly service, good atmosphere if you dine in, and we’ve never had a bad experience. Highly recommended!

Phone call sends me straight to customer service, hard to reach out to their front desk or managers. My compliant is cross contamination that the employees will not change their gloves, I DO NOT EAT PORK. When they touch pork and touch my food I am in violation a cannot eat it & have to throw it away. Waste of money an my portion was small.

I would rate this 5 stars because the food is always consistent and the service is always fast and its clean. However 3 times ive been there they have not had the Adobe ranch that they like to advertise so much. What’s the deal? If u run out that fast, than u need to order more. 4 stars until they can have it available.

I ordered a vegetarian meal from Chipotle through DoorDash, and to my shock, there was a piece of meat in it. As someone who is strictly vegetarian, this was extremely upsetting and completely unacceptable. Such carelessness shows a lack of respect for dietary restrictions and raises serious concerns about their food preparation practices. I trusted Chipotle to honor my preferences, but this incident has left me deeply disappointed. I’ve contacted DoorDash and Chipotle, but this level of negligence is inexcusable. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Ordered a burrito bowl, first of all the rice was so hard it was crunchy and lacked flavor, the beans were stale and the customer service from the guy behind the counter was very 2/10, dismissive and rude. I have more than enough social following to recommend and not recommend places to dine. If you hate your job just say that, don’t take it out on the customers paying their hard earned money to eat there. I will not be coming back to this particular chipotle.

This location is so much better than the Niles location. They always have your food ready to go and waiting on the shelf even when it’s around lunch. I’m impressed with how organized they are. Last time I was in there the worker made sure I had my cup!

Extremely disappointed with our recent order at Chipotle. We ordered two Chicken al Pastor Burritos—mine was to have double the chicken, costing an extra 50%, and my wife’s included the standard amount of meat with added veggies. Despite paying a premium and even leaving a tip with our $60 order, the quality severely lacked. My burrito was mostly white rice; finding chicken felt like searching for a needle in a haystack, completely undermining the reason for ordering double meat. My wife’s burrito was no better, with barely any chicken until the final few bites. It’s unacceptable to receive such subpar meals when extra charges and tips are supposed to ensure enhanced quality and satisfaction. We expected the burrito with double the meat to be proportionately larger and filled consistently with chicken. Unfortunately, this was far from what we received. Chipotle, customers expect better, especially when paying more for what should be a superior product.
