Maybe I just caught them at a good time but this was the best KFC I’ve ever had. Eaten all over the country and this was the freshest most delicious chicken I’ve gotten at any location. Had an issue with my DoorDash order missing items but that’s not on the staff. Even so they promptly replaced the items and were super friendly.

Not sure who is running this place but when I came in to the kfc late this evening it looked a mess. Lobby was unorganized and messy. Chicken was very dry. There seemed to be no staff attentive to the front. And I had to wait. Very unpleased with the visit.

They messed up our order, we waited 15 mins then another 10 for the correct food only for it to be cold. That’s not the worst part, no one in the store was wearing gloves. I watch and have video of them making food without gloves on. This is unexpectable. I did get a partial refund so it was not a complete loss.

The food it always great. I ordered a pot pie in the app. When I walked they told me they were cooking still. It’s a cold January day. They ran out, I completely understand that. When I went back in to get it. The girl looked at me said ” here ” then threw my bag on the counter. Not a thank you. No, sorry you had to wait for your order. Mind you I wasn’t to the counter yet. There was a drink on my order. Which wasn’t there. I stood there for a minute to give her time to do whatever else she was doing. They weren’t busy. One other car in the customer parking lot. When she finally made eye contact. I asked for my drink. She walked around the counter and handed me a cup. Not saying a single word.
