Had a craving for KFC and got a spicy chicken sandwich combo and an 8 piece family meal. Good stuff. Satisfied that craving. The fries remind me of the potato wedges they used to have, but smaller. The sandwich was good. Spicy but not too hot. Very crispy. The drive thru was quick. Only thing I can say that needs improvement is that they need some help. Only two cars in the lot. I initially thought they were closed. But the staff are nice given their constraints. Next time I go back I want to try a bowl.

The walls are all dirty and I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and it was NOT spicy. the cup was cool though so that adds a star. Definitely recommend you get the sweet lightning moutain dew mmm.

I came through the drive through at 10:44am on July 25 and the guy speaking was so rude I just drove off. I just came to get some food, I literally don’t care what your employees are going through. I got home after ordering a pickup order and the mashed potatoes were less than half full, when I called the store and about it and explained that I tried to contact through the app all I got was “Ah, I’m sorry” no offer to help or anything. I just wanted the food I paid for. Definitely check your food before you leave with it!

We love KFC Typically. But in Franklin TN. it is always hit or miss. The service is terrible at this location indifferent employees and incompetent. They totally screwed up our order. Should have checked….shame on me but shame on KFC to allow this location to continue to operate as it does. Time to make a change…drain the chicken coup.
