Ordered mashed potatoes and gravy and biscuit. Wasn’t given anything to eat with. The biscuit was just threw in the bag with no wrapping. Who is to say they didn’t touch the food with their hands. Poor customer service. Would not recommend the place to anyone!

Menu board doesn’t current prices that ring up. Famous bowl went up $1. Per staff, the prices went up several days ago. This is a management problem, not a staff issue. Also out of sweet tea inside and no moves to refill even after several customers notifying them.

It was little bit wait because I ordered for 30 people. Everything was fresh and the drive thru guy was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. I thank him for taking care of me and the rest of the convoy.

Thanks that was more than I expected. I didn’t notice until I got home. I don’t eat KFC often but my kids wanted KFC tonight. The young man at the window was friendly. Great customer service. I ordered a jalapeño before leaving. Usually, they have a little heat but this one was fire woooo. I loved it.

Walked in and no one e was at the counter . It took about 5-10 minutes until someone came to the counter. Took around 5 minutes until my order of a pot pie came out. They had no salt packs. Pot pie tasted funny. I won’t be going back to this KFC.

Even though my food wasn’t right, they were so nice about accommodating me and correcting my order. I love excellent customer service and will always put it about quality. I’m posting a picture of why I had my food remade. It was just rushed through and thrown together. When I went inside, I could tell they have a lot of new employees and were under a lot of pressure. The only downside, aside from my food being poorly made, is they gave me an ETA and it was at least 3 times longer than what they said it would be and I am still waiting.
