We got there at 11 so it was before the rush. The place was DISGUSTING. Food on all the tables. The picture of the drink stains is the table we sat at (there were drink stains or food stains on every table so it was just a “pick the least gross” thing)The drink dispenser/counter nasty. No lids stocked and gross inside where the lids would even go. Obviously the place wasn’t cleaned from the day before. The staff made us feel like it was was an issue we chose to dine in. The ONLY decent thing about eating there was the fact our food was fixed fresh but that’s prob only bc it was still early. Yet the entire time I was eating I was worried about how nasty it prob was where our food was fixed I never complain but I just couldn’t even with this. These pictures do NOT do it justice.

I went here around 1:30pm Tuesday.
The service was good.
The bathrooms were clean however the dining area had some trash on a couple of the tables, and there was some food in the seats. The ice machine had mold on the plastic part and i can’t imagine what it looks like inside. However the worst part of my experience was the food. I got chicken tenders and they tasted like they had been sitting under a lamp for a couple of days, you could honestly get better tenders from a gas station. The fries were also not fresh. Two of the sodas I tried to get were pretty flat and the cherry pie poppers I got were doughy in the center. My husband got a chicken sandwich which was good but I think they have to cook to order on that. I used to really enjoy the chicken here but it’s just gotten sloppy over the years sadly.

went there today, ordered the 3 piece box, extra Krispy, mash potatoes and slaw. got home, no extra Krispy and the mash potatoes looked like it was reheated in a microwave!

This location did AMAZING!!! We had a large group (25+) and they handled it like we were a small group. The District Manager just happened to be there and was able to help lend a hand. This location worked flawlessly and the food tasted excellent.

The staff was polite, quick, and communicated. So refreshing to go to a small town fast food place and have staff that doesn’t look like they don’t want to work. We are from a small town and were raised better. Kudos KFC Jackson crew!

Ordered livers. Got home about 8 minutes away and the livers were so greasy, the bottom fell out of the box. I also ordered a 2 piece dark with 2 legs got a leg and thigh. Also I asked for the 2 piece dark for $4.99 needless to say that was not the one I got. I have been to this place several times and they have never gotten my order right. I won’t go there again

Can’t say anything about the atmosphere since I used the drvthru BUT the food was really good and I was pleased there was only ONE cashier and she was running back and forth from the window to the counter I felt so bad for her and I hope kfc does something about that and get her some help. She was extremely nice eventhough she was the only cashier at the time. Poor thing

I ordered a three piece tender meal with macaroni and cheese, but I got a three piece leg with mashed potatoes. While there, I noticed a lady who had went through the drive through, came inside twice. The first time because she was still waiting for her order, and the second time, because she got the wrong order.

I stopped by after 9:00 pm on a Friday night, (less than 30 minutes before closing time). The staff were very friendly and the chicken, fries, and biscuit were all fresh and hot.
