I have never disliked KFC till now. The chicken didn’t taste right. It’s like it was cooked in really old oil or it sat out for two long. My stomach literally hurts. Service was good but that chickens nasty. Sorry.

For the last three Tuesday I order original chicken and they gave me crispy. Last week I brought it back and the lady at the drive thru tried to tell me it is original but I have the pictures to prove it is not. But really made me mad was her co worker came to the window playing like he was the manager playing. But it end up they were out of original. So they decided not to tell me and give me what they wanted and then told me they could not take it back and give me a refund.

I visited KFC on Jordan Lane tonight I ordered a spicy bowl extra nuggets and a side of coleslaw my nuggets was old out of timer needed to be disgarded I returned for a fresh spicy bowl the manager had an attitude but I order was replaced correctly y’all need to do better fresh chicken is important I would like not to get food poisoning again I’m just saying y’all need to do better management please and thank you!!!!!!!

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Young lady in the window seemed to have a constant attitude. The store constantly does not have the items they advertise. Food was cold and half way prepared. Do better KFC!!!

I like the renovations they’ve done with the building. It looks nice. The cashier was professional and the food was fresh, but they didn’t have the grilled chicken in stock. I will stop by again.

A white female working the drive thru at 6pm November 9thTuesday night. Stole my money. I added mashed potatoes at the window, so the price changed. Paid her. Drove off! Didn’t have the potatoes, nor did she put them on our receipt! She used the count back method and pocket our money. When I confronted her. She Had a cup with an unknown substance chunked in my face and messed up my brand new card interior and exterior also wetting up my 80 year old mother’s clothes , food our phone and our Brahmin bags valued over $1000.
