We hosted our daughter’s surprise 16th birthday party here and the staff was truly amazing. They were very attentive and helpful. The restaurant was very clean. We had several different orders and they handled it all so amazingly. Some of those orders were huge orders. When we got our food, it was all correct and was truly the best food! The staff made us feel so welcome to have the party there. They even took part in helping us hide her car and even went out with her to help her find it. It felt like they were part of our group and that truly made the experience amazing. They even bought balloons for the party and helped get the area ready for the party. We highly recommend Dick’s Wings in Hazlehurst to everyone rather it be a simple night out or for a celebration.

Food was superb as always, I will say this experience was different, we got there and stood at the podium for a good 10 minutes. The place looked empty, finally looked around and found two ladies that work there on their phones, The food was great but the customer service was pretty terrible, she just did seem to be interested in being there just flat out dead pan no happy atmosphere today, not one of the best experience I’ve had here but as always the food was on point

Over the last year this place has progressively gotten way worse on food and service also the atmosphere had become very dead. Not sure what has changed in the upper management but the revolving door of staff and poor service has pushed me away!

The food was fantastic, I didn’t try their wings, but a friend eating lunch with me got them and said they were great. I did get one of their chicken sandwiches and it was very good. The service was decent, a little slow in my opinion. It was shortly after they opened, so maybe that was the issue, but everything else was perfect. 7/10

The food was great!! I highly recommend the firecracker shrimp & the honey hot wings. Arthur was an awesome guy to us and made sure our food was cooked perfectly ! Roxanne was great as well. Food was so delicious, I forgot to capture some photos..
