Everything was cold but the gravy (steaming hot). Store wouldn’t answer phone. Called corporate, they offered $10 VOUCHER . What a joke. My order was $26.68. They could offer $50 voucher, I still wouldn’t eat there again.

I’ve always loved KFC, but here lately the meal at KFC is amazingly delicious…I ordered 2 chicken legs a biscuit, my husband ordered their Famous Bowl. The man who took our order was a hoot…tries to come across as a crochety older man, but he had one hell of a personality and we have now gone there every Friday for our lunch date. Even being understaffed like all the rest of fast food places, they continue to put out a decent meal with great people behind the scenes…good to see

Found little white hairs all in my spicy chicken sandwich. Called the store 3 times, now answer. Called and reported to their customer service number. Not sure what that will do but maybe it’ll get someone to investigate. Remember to always check your food when coming here. I will not be back to this location.

Being so expensive, I don’t go here much. I haven’t been to this one, never will again. Simple order. 12 nuggets and a large fry. I was happy when I found out it was cheaper than Russelville. Now I know why. Nuggets were disgusting. Rubbery and cold. No flavor. My dog even hesitated to eat them, and she eats everything. The fries, again disgusting. Tasted like they had been cooked a few times, sat out, and recooked. Greasy as all get out. Soggy, NOT CRUNCHY or CRISPY. Again just absolutely disgusting, and again, my dog took forever to eat them. Even with that, she would smell it and wait, walk away. Come back. After about an hour, she slowly ate them.
My guts are turning. Vurping… By far the worst experience ever at a KFC. Super expensive and horrible food. Staff was friendly. But obviously, they don’t care about the product. Judging by the ratings, I would say it’s time for new management. This place sucks!!!

Worst ever, not to mention the food. First the manager rudely tells me that per policy she can’t allow me to take a pic of the menu or anything in the store. I guess after me telling her that Alabama law says I can take a pic of anything in a public place she had another employee to sabotage my food (see pic) by crushing my chicken fingers into a box full of grease. The plastic lid to the potatoes was crused and peices in the potatoes and the bottom crused. Didn’t give me my drinks and got home with no sauce for fingers. The chicken in the box meals was cold and greasy. Looks like $41 could buy a better experience than I recived. I won’t be back and if I could they would get zero stars just cause….

We were in to order 2 boxes of livers & biscuits to take to family members. The employees were great! They cooked some fresh ones for our order. Very friendly and helpful folks. I met & spoke with the owner/mgr . . . told him how we enjoyed their service & food. His family has owned this business for 40+ years! Clean and well run!
Great food (chicken livers dinners)! Great & friendly customer service. Really clean atmosphere! One of the very few places in the Shoals that serves chicken livers . . . freshly cooked. The crew leader (originally from New Zealand) and the chef (cook who is happy to please) were wonderful.
